Monarch ended coming back as Captain Atom in the Extreme Justice series...apparently the Captain Atom we know is a clone of Monarch or something stupid like that.
Originally posted by Grinner Yeah, I'm still trying to figure out how to do a mod of him. I despised Danny Chase, but I liked the look of Phantasm and I think he'd work great on a Cosmic Boy dial.
Well only the rookie would be Danny, I'm pretty sure that the EV versions would be the "souls of Azerath+Danny+Arella".

Unfortunately, the Titans are woefully un-represented in trade paperbacks. Out of the entire run from when Wolfman & Perez started through the deluxe format's eventual painful death there are only two story-arcs collected as graphic novels. There are (I believe) two of the hardbound "classic" reprints, but I don't think that those even get as far as the first annual.
So unfortunately, currently the only way to get those stories is to get the actual back issues, be it at a convention, a comic store or online.
Could you PM any good sites if you got em? The comic book stores near me dont go back that far.

I know or have been able to find information on everyone but Wildebeest. The only Wildebeest that I could find that was a Titan ally was Baby Wildebeest, currently being raised by Red Star and Pantha in Russia. But he doesn't look anything like that. So who is he?

Now, I would PREFER that we get a TT cartoon version of Starfire cause
Negative cool points for you sir. BOO HISS!
The TT cartoon is a crime against humanity. And I know some of you are fans but c'mon...those people on the cartoon are NOT THE TEEN TITANS!!! GO ahead and make your own team but don't call that travesty should be purged from our collective memories.
That is all...

Originally posted by TayJK I totally agree on the Superboy outfit. I have most of the Superboy series, and I definetly prefer the jacket. Although the jeans aren't terrible, I would prefer it with at least a diferante shirt. The fig itself looks like a flying thug.
I don't agree at all. I like Superboy's outfit a lot. It's very modern and it fits the book. His minimal costume really compliments his personality and effectively expresses his position on the team. Also, Superboy's old Jacket Look reminds me of the total jerk he used to be.

That's him. He's kinda Hulk-like - get him cranked up and he changes into a full-grown Wildebeest.

Judd Winick's bad writing stikes again.
Anyway, this was a good review. I love the Titans characters and I try to get as many of their clix as I can.

Good news: There's a "Who is Donna Troy" TPB coming out this summer, which has that original story and a few from the Baxter series.

If they really want to make people's heads explode, they'll have the original "Who is Donna Troy" story, the "Who is Wonder Girl" story-arc and John Byrne's story-arc from Wonder Woman.
Originally posted by Everlovinblue This comment is unnessecary. No one has commented that hasn't given constructive criticism, or voicing a particular opinion. I, personally, was trying to help DC improve his column. While I don't usually care for him personally, I always read his columns, and comment when I feel something could be improved upon. OR TO SAY GREAT JOB WHEN ONE HAS BEEN DONE. I like the fact that he puts time into this site, as it is for the good of all heroclixers, newbs, fanboys/girls (Marvel AND DC). I appreciate that he, and the rest of our noted front pagers, apply themselves and give their time (and occasionally in DarkCrisis's case, comics) freely to us, the clixing masses.
If you don't care for someone sharing their opinion, or criticism, why don't YOU ignore them? Let DarkCrisis fight his own battles, he's been here for a long time, is an adult, and as you've probably seen, speaks for himself very well. Thank you for your UNconstructive criticism, and adding myself to your ignore list.
I won't ignore you, but I think it's rather harsh that you jumped on me for voicing an opinion as to the comments I read in DC's threads.

Awright.....Thats enough of the negativity.
Lets talk somemore about Heroclix.
I hope Wizkid will come out with these Titans and villians in the next DC set.
1. Jericho -Phasing, Mindcontrol, Supersense....R, E Titans TA, V Calculator for turning evil in the end.
2. Terra -Barier, TK Maybe, Pulsewave at the end....For her anger issue?? TA should be the same as Jericho above.
3. Phantasm -TK yeah...Supersense, Phasing.
4. Mammoth -just pure brick...baby.
5. Dr. Light -Pulsewave, Range combat E.
6. Gizmo -Outwitt, RCE, Perplex maybe.
Personally I do not like the new Hawk. That costume was never design for a woman. And I hope they dont come out with a clix version. There is plenty of other power characters I rather see in Clix form before the new Hawk.

I apologize if you found what I said to be a little harsh. It was only in response to the "Leave DC alone and ignore him" comment that you posted. If I had said anything out of line, I would have some warning points by now, wouldn't I? I don't feel that I attacked him (or that anyone else had), so I didn't understand why you had to jump up and defend him. As previously stated, he can take care of himself. As he's going to continue to bring us "Front Page News", he should be scrutinized a bit more than your average thread posting. My comments were said to help him improve his column, so that it improves. It's a good column now... but with a few tweaks I think it would be GREAT, so I shared my opinion. As to you being "jumped on", try to see where it came from. I'm reminded of sage advice from my parents at this time, and I share it with you in hopes it's not taken as an insult, but from where it came, as good advice.
"If YOU had worried about YOU instead of what someone else was doing, this wouldn't have happened would it?"
This being said, I understand if someone's taking abuse on these boards, someone should step in. When criticism is shared though, it's best to let that go to where it was intended.
Sorry I get long winded!

It's cool Everlovinblue. I believe that people should stick up for others on the boards especially where some people get an inflated character due to the nature of computer chat/forums. I know DC can stand up for himself, he does it quite well, I just was noticing the negitivity and the band wagon nature of such issues. Funny thing is, I wasn't responding to your comment, just the thread as a whole.
No harm though. Sorry to get under your skin.
