Step 1. Build a team that includes Hawkeye and Invisible Girl, both with their respective TAs.
Step 2. Assign the Thunderbolts TA to the team. ALL Avengers now have the original FF TA.
Step 3. Assign The new FF TA to the team. ALL FFers would now be forced to be new FFers.
I think this would require at least one TRUE FFer, otherwise you couldn't assign the card, and you would need the FF card, but I think it would then apply to all the Avengers on the team as well.
EXACTLY what I am saying. Darth Sabre, I am not saying you are wrong but we have declared the two sides to the argument. Wizkids will need to decide which way they want to go with it. I see what you are saying, but I think that their intent was to not have a team of Avengers declare Feat card team abilities. At least it sounds like they thought ahead!
WK has already decided. Hair10 said that all feats activate at the SAME TIME, therefore the Avengers aren't legally FF before it is time to assign feats, and cannot have the feat assigned to them.
Thumbs down on Wildcards being able to take advantage of the new F4 & T-Bolts team abilities granted by the feat cards. Not good.

This could be phrased better, but I'm pretty sure they mean that: Yes, you can do the 180, since it says that the base must rest in one of the squares within range. This seems to leave you free to swing the other end of the base around and get that extra square.
Wouldn't hurt to have a judge clarify this, though.
Yeah i agree, i could argue that either way. It should be worded
it's base must rest on two squares within range.
or
It's base must rest on at least one square within range, but it doesn't have to have both within range.
All warfare is based on deception. Hence when able to attack we must seem unable. When we are near we must make the enemy believe we are far away when far away we must make him believe we are near. Feign disorder, and crush him. Sun Tzu
I think this entry was due to confusion, not from me mind you , over the non-flying transporters, like Lockjaw. This is basically clarifying that he can continue the move portion after the attack, as the oppossing figure base doesn't stop him or cause him to have to breakaway mid action.
This opens a can of worms. So does he just ignore the one persons base that he's attacking? Or can he ignre all bases?
This should also be worded more clearly:
"a non-flying transporter's move does not end when moving adjacent an enemy that he is attacking with the transportes move and attack action"
"A non-flying transporter can aoutomatically break away from an enemy that it attacked using the transporters move and attack action"
Cuz that's what i think it's trying to say.

So then in that scenario every character with a printed FF would have the new ability, and every character with the printed Avengers would have the old one? That seems odd.

But correct, by the ruling.

Ummm . . . I thought giant characters aren't affected by knock back and therefore there's no reason to force blast a giant figure . . .
Giant Characters aren't affected by knockback BUT Force Blast does not cause knockback.
Force Blast states:
"Give this character a power action. Target a single adjacent opposing character and move it directly away from this character a number of squares equal to this character's damage value. The target character automatically breaks away, may move through squares adjacent to opposing characters...."
Anyways, all it says is you move the character away from you, not that you are actually causing knockback. Knockback only occures with damage done and the Crusaders, I think it is, ability.

Wildcards CAN use the Alt FF TA but T-Bolts can't.
I know, but I really wish the F4 and T-Bolts feat cards had been made completely non-wildcardable.

A simple compromise might be asking wild cards to simply stick with the same TA for the entire round...I know this is not 'what the designers intended', but we ought to be open to the concept of a 'living, evolving game system' that can discard old facets instead of just adding new game mechanics.
I don't see what your problem with the entry is. I thought it laid it out completely clear. When using move-and-attack you don't have to stop when adjacent to opposing characters, it says that....and that is all it says because that is all it needs to say. When you are moving you still have to stop next to adjacent characters when are non-flying and not using a power that lets you not stop, but when you are move-and-attacking you don't....and it says that with FAR less words but just as clearly in my opinion.
As I understand the FAQ, a non-flying transporter when making the move and attack special ability has to stop when he becames adjacent to the first opposing figure he meets, can attack it (he lost the attack if he stops his movement two cases away from a Giant Figure and if he has no available ranged combat attacks since he cannot attack the Giant figure two squares away with a close combat attack); then he can get away without any breakaway roll (the sentence says :"...may continue its movement after making an attack..." ) but has to stop again if he becames again adjacent to another opposing figure during the movement after the attack (remember it doesn't apply to flying transporters as they can ignore opposing figures when moving).
Written as it is in the FAQ, it doesn't works like HSS by ignoring for the entire lenght of the action the opposing figures adjacencies. It just gives the capacity to ignore the adjacency of the opposing figures just after having done the attack. At least that's how I understand the FAQ :
"A transporter using the special transporter Move and Attack ability may continue its movement after making an attack, even if it became adjacent to an opposing character when making the attack".
I don't see any reference that the transporter can ignore during all the Move and Attack action the opposing characters. He just automatically breakaway from them if he has stopped his first movement part adjacent to an opposing character. But after having automatically breakingaway there is nothing that indicates that he ignores for the second moveemnt part of the action the opposing figures.
Of course, a flying transporter still ignores opposing characters when moving, so it is really like HSS, but not for the grounded/aquatic transporters.
