I thought the last time this happened it was Swordsman and it was really quite interesting.
I could be wrong, the issues came around the same time.
Mad respect, Pax.
Patrick, my comics guy, who is pretty hard to impress, just last week stopped me on the way out of the store, asking: "Hey, Andrew, you're a big Thunderbolts fan. Whan was Swordsman revealed as the Fenris guy? And he has his dead sister's skin wrapped around his sword hilt to make his powers go? That's incredibly cool!"
When did you see Speedball's power activate by pain? Because he got shot? Maybe he was in pain when his power killed those 2 hunters as well?
That whole area blast effect would really be strange to see.
Also we should see why Songbird has failed once again in taking leadership of the team. If only the girl would grow a pair...........
Can't wait to see a new outfit for Moostone!
The latest issue of "Frontline" might as well spell it out...SPEEDBALL.
He even decides to sign up for Registration. And his powers are now activated by pain.

He also looks flipping insane.

I am thinking that maybe it could be Scorcher from Secret War....he was trying to cut a deal to work with the government after his role in almost destroying NYC? But then I think "What would he have had to do with Stamford?".......
Finding lint in my pocket is more exciting than that great Who is Penance mystery Marvel has set up.
I'll just be looking forward to the "awesome, reality-altering explanation" that the editors have deemed necessary.
I want to know when there's going to be a good story........ (besides Annihilation- of course)
I couldn't agree with you more.
Joey Q's latest psychotic idea of having truly evil and truly sadistic and truly crazy villains on one team working to hunt down wayward heroes is nuts.
This idea is akin to the United Nations handing the keys to every nation's embassies over to Doctor Doom and saying: "Make yourself at home. We trust you not to do anything underhanded in them."

Well to be fair atleast they have those chips in their head. I mean while immoral in my opinion it's more morale then say...
Cloning your friend and ally without his permission and equiping said clone with cybernetics so that you can shut off said clone anytime he disagrees with you.
People are so caught up with how much they hate an idea of a Thor clone i don't think they've even considered the unbelievable morale issues with making a clone, who is used as a weapon and can be shut down if he doesn't toe the party line. I mean what's to stop the Pro Reg "heroes" from putting that into everybody? I mean the nanites in the criminals... fine they're all like multiple killers. But imputting a way to shut down a clones body? Also, i can't imagine what the heck they did to him, and "programming" wise that he's all "insane kill kill!" in the first place. Barring murder and rape that's likely the most horrible and insane thing i've ever seen in comics. Well and Mindwipes/mindaltercations.
People want to look at registration as if it were in the real world... well look at this in the real world.
I mean what would you think if the US made a cloned soldier who was half cyborg and who's mind could be shut down anytime he went against orders? I mean... wouldn't that make the government like... the most hated... ever?
Me i'd be worried if they could implant the brain thing in me. I mean sure they might not have the support too but they can make clone/cyborg troopers so what the hell am i going to do?
I mean... How the heck do you recover Hank, Reed and Tony's character for that. I mean I know the latest Ironman does a good job of trying to make him human... but I think it's to little in comparison to the whole cloning/cyborg thing.
