Gamora watched, amazed at the vast energies Thanos wielded. She could see, from the Hulk's rage, that he could feel Thanos' blasts even through his gamma-irradiated hide.

She had learned recently, during a battle with the Marauders, that the "Thanos" standing beside her was only a clone. If even a clone could defy the Hulk's legendary might, how much more powerful was the real Mad Titan, wondered the Most Dangerous Woman in the Universe.

Wow. Thanos is so tough that he can take 3 clicks of damage and not even reflect that in his recap!

That's nothing. Hulk can vault even after losing L/C.

Zak, I'll correct Thanos' health and Hulk's position in my next turn recap. It won't be up for awhile, though, as I'd like to think about whether to push Thanos.

Take your time. The match has come down to a boxing match between Thanos and the Hulk, should be an easy wrap. I can't wait to see the real Thanos appear during the season, and am glad I'm facing the clone now.

Good shot with the Hulk last turn. I'm just glad he didn't connect when he was on his 5 damage click.

The shockwaves from the Hulk's furious punches were felt hundreds of miles away. Gamora, however, had no way of knowing that. The building they were in was collapsing from the force of this titanic struggle, and it was all she could do to dodge the falling debris.

As she leapt out of the way of a collapsing wall, Gamora saw Karma's attempt to flank them. Instinctively, Gamora threw a dagger at her opponent, and her aim was true. Unfortunately, for a split second, Gamora had diverted her attention from the falling debris--long enough for a chunk of concrete to strike her unconscious.

Thanos summoned every iota of the vast cosmic energies he wielded. Greedily, he gathered the energy, allowing the power to build up within his body.

Without warning, pain wracked the Mad Titan's body.

"Impossible!"

The Mad Titan roared in agony as he lost control over the enormous power he had drawn into himself. Too much energy overloaded the clone's overtaxed body, too much power for any but the one, true Thanos to control.


Infinity Watch Turn 12

1. Gamora pushes and attacks Karma. 6AV v. 13DV. Roll=6,2. Hits for 1 damage. Gamora gets 1 SA, takes 1 push damage and is KO'd. 1 KO to Echo.

2. Thanos pushes and attacks Hulk. 14AV v. 16DV + 1 (hindering). Roll=1,1. (Yeah, that could have gone better.) Miss. Thanos takes 1 damage from the crit miss, and 1 damage from pushing.

Obviously, I will have to clear for next turn.

Well that's ridiculous, darn clones.

I don't believe Gamorra can make that shot, as Hulk had used vault last round to relocate to M-6, right in Thanos/Gamorra's face.

Hulk lost Leap/Climb and was on his Flurry clicks. Without Leap/Climb, he can't vault to M-6, and therefore stayed in M-7.

Ah, good catch. Bye bye little Gamorra shaped stat point
