The one I really like to see go is "DISBANDED". Yeah it nerfs Mystics and wild card theme teams but I hate that thing because it really gives somebody a big handicap. Imagine paying for all the points for team abilities and with one card it all disapears. Now we will see more theme base team and with the Inferno card, we would not see the Batman team dominate much.
Regards,
Mark

You know what I'll miss? Quality product and quality assurance.
Sure I'll miss the KC bunch and transporters and the fun cheesy cardboard, but it's the quality of the figs (like the KC's) and quality game builds that I'll miss.
I'm not bashing anything...yes I know...times change/get over it, attitude will be in reply to this message. It's my hope that DC will continue to enforce quality by WK in it's licensed products - no matter what. Quality sculpts, quality production value, quality game mechanics. My hats off to the latest DC expansion, Origin...priceless.
My hopes for Marvel expansions in the future aren't as high. Alas, the Avengers set, while offering some good figs (not molds mind you), the Avengers set is just too rubbery IMO. A rubber trend that I'm sure will become prevalent unless sales drop off or complaints reach Mt. Olympus. Oh btw, quality assurance? Out of three feats, one completely useless in sealed (TK card with no TKr's), and the other SB useful to only 5 figures from the set.
It all comes down to quality products and quality assurance.
While I admit, a broken KCGL blade or KCFlash leg made me cry when coming out of the booster (had both)...I would rather have my beautiful broken plastic figs then rubber baby bumpers molded into heroic figures.
While the choice to change may be operational (cheaper, faster or easier) or an attempt at solving consumer demand for something better, I would have to say that the experiment, from the 30-40 odd players I deal with on a weekly basis, is not meeting with a roar of applause.
But the future is not set in stone, it's wide open. Let's hope the future of HC is a bright one and that WK/Topps will try and exceed the quality that has come before and made this such a great game to play.
Dream BIG, but keep the small dreams around just in case...
Good riddance! I play at a Venue where the judge allows any Player to choose any card made. As long as he had it in his binder, a Player could use it in their Team builds.
Man I WISH my venue would ban that $&^*$%*^@ card!
Blackfire and her sister won me Norrin Radd (sealed event)! Well, actually, my three opponents took the two of them down right away, leaving Raza, Super Apes Igor and Nocturne to wreak havoc on them.
WK shouldn't stop making those KC Flash figures. Even if they're no longer used in game play, they could sell them to FTD Florists as giveaways with a purchase of $50 or more.

T-Bolts
KC Flash
that mangy mutt... Lockjaw
At last being rid of the ridiculous! Mwehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehe!
I'm soooo excited protected and AP to go too! looking forward to next year.
WAITAMINUTE!!! If some things are truly broken, then an Erratum/Errata is in order. Retirement doesn't fix broken pieces. Hmm, I think It needs a little more stress..
RETIREMENT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM.
Well, broken pieces, broken wallets... does nobody care?!
Anyway, I sure do hope this game outlasts my lifetime. I absolutely love it!
MAN BAT!!!! oh no! What the future holds for arkham's looney goons!
Deadpool!! I haven't even played him on an actual tourney yet.
Ahhh! My FCs are mostly Icons!!
The horror! the horror!
ICWO-It was fun the first week until everyone and their dog started playing it
Lockjaw-Not the dog I was mentioning but he still became an underpriced figure for what he does
Thunderbolts-Maybe just for the pure fact that I get tired of people saying yeah he sucks, but if you add Thunderbolts to him! Just that it's overpowered for what it costs and just overly abusable since it can be wildcarded.
Fantastic Four ATA/Sue Storm-Man this card would have made me so much happier if it didn't work with wildcards but unfortunately it does and allows for the card to work in ways it never should have worked in the first place. Not to mention I get tired of seeing Sue Storm+A bunch of Wildcards teams. Though easily beaten repitition in this game is unnecessary with so many figures.
Overuse of KC Figures-While easily beatable as the FF ATA it's still repetitive and boring.
V Superman-Once again I have no problem with people playing this figure. The problem to me is how much people play him and how little thought he takes to play.
Things I will miss:
Jinx-You may love her or hate her but she's still one of the best tournament wildcard pc's. She took the place of Black Cat and then improved it with offensive capability.
DOFP Wolverine-Possibly the only Wolverine I ever play anymore. Just efficient and fun.
V Batman-Maybe he is just the Fanboy Batman but he's still a good figure and not broken by any means. He is the ultimate form of Batman we have ever seen though E Hypertime Batman still gets his props.
Persuader-Another tournament favirote. Mini Magog may not have been the star of his set but he was definitely one of the better pieces. Persuader>Iron Fist>Karnak
Many of the JSA-With Legacy gone alot of JSA are not playable. Origins had alot of JSA but still lack alot of key members that are in Legacy.
Domino-Another one of my favirote PC figures
Cloak and Dagger-Whether they were abusable or not they were still fun to play and will be missed.
Deep Shadows and Darkness-Just really fun BFC's that helped with the range abuse in this game.
Honorable Mentions to whoever I can't remember at this moment which should be alot of characters.
In a nutshell, you've basically described the team I've been inflicting on the local venues as my default since the figures came out. I've mixed things around and built other teams to be sure. But if it was 300 points and I had any doubts about what I was going to face, or just didn't have anything else built, I always had the following team:
E Songbird (67)
E Blackfire (62)
R-FF Scarlet Witch (35)
E-Icons Starter Batman (47)
V-SN Bullseye (65)
R Dr. Mid-Nite (24)
Alpha Flight (0)
If I was more concerned about dealing with Stealth and less about having Outwit, I sometimes swapped out Bullseye and Batman for V Havok (44) and LE Jeanne-Marie Beaubier (66). With plenty of run & gun, the usual support powers of Outwit, Prob, Support, and TK covered (and Leadership as a bonus), no real BFC vulnerability (except Earthquake), and an almost obscene amount of ranged attackers (who can still nail you if based), this was my general purpose answer to the 300 point question. In either form, this team was not popular with my opponents.

I still consider this figure to be the best LE of the set, and one of the rare (and IMO should be never) cases where the LE totally outshines the REV.
In a nutshell, I will not miss Blackfire. This figure - especially the Rookie and Experienced - was just too nasty for the points. The Experienced figure's fearsome range and damage, packed with a decent dose of run & gun, a "not totally trivial to hit, but easy to heal" defense, and a "isn't she dead *yet*?" 7 click dial was more than 62 points should ever have bought. I put that figure to more cost effective use than any other in Icons, including Superman (you could afford *4* Blackfires for his cost) and Batman, and IMO on that measure she was the best figure in the set.
I also won't miss Lockjaw (who, after getting the abuse urge out of my system early, refused to play again) or Hawkeye (having got my abuse of him early, by sweeping the sealed portion of the local pre-Release with the Vet).
And I won't miss Thunderbolts. Especially since more often than not, the abuse this feat got was at the hands of DC team abilities. If you couldn't pick Mystics (or its Indy counterpart), Batman (ditto on Indy), or Green Lantern, would we really have complained so much about this card? Second only to ICWO on the tired feat abuse hit parade.
But I will miss Rookie Scarlet Witch. Like most, Destiny was my Prob of choice. And Domino lacked the free move I so abused before, even if she brought better survivability and offense potential. When Scarlet came out, I first thought "15 more points, tolerable but not my first choice". But the Stealth, amazing sniper range, and almost down the dial Prob actually ended up putting Destiny back in the box even for unrestricted games. Ends up I got a *lot* extra for those 15 extra points. The new Scarlet Witch may be the cheapest restricted Prob in the game now, but she's not in the same league.
