Just curious, but has anybody tried to file mail fraud and contact the Brooklyn NYPD on this guy or any of his other aliases before? And if so, what was the result? I just want my stuff back.

Kitsu has given us the tools to do just that. i share your desire to get my figures back as well. I have written lojo and told him that if I didn't get my figures by the 22nd of this month that I was going to file for mail fraud.

It is a shame people feel they need to steal from others.

If anybody wants to PM any pertinent alias info in the form of names and address associated to this guy/girl I'd appreciated it as I am filing mail fraud charges and will be contacting the local police as well. And when I get to NY in a couple of months to visit the fiancee's pop before the wedding I'll knock on the door and introduce myself to Jessica and ask for my figs back in person.

Well, its been a month since he recieved my end (according to the DC), and things are looking lame. He had said he had dropped it off at a UPS Store type of place (didn't actually specify UPS Store, in fact he said usps in one PM and ups in another), and would tell me when they shipped it and give me the DC#. The problem is, my PM box was full, which I didn't know, so its POSSIBLE that he sent everything as according to plan. As of now, he can't recieve or send PMs, so I have no effing idea. Still, its been at least a week, if not two, so to hell with it. I'll email that address attached to the Paypal account once, and then I'm filing for fraud.

Hey, if anyone would ever do that and could help a fellow realmer from another country, I would really appreciate it! He/she stole me $80.00 on October. I claimed my money back on paypal (that´s all I can do from where I am) but he had already cleaned his account - [email protected] too, by the way.

its kind of sad lojo even STEALS PLASTIC FIGURES from other people.

I bought feats off Lojo that I did receive, but this was probably right before he/she went off the deep end and started ripping people off. The paypal e-mail address I sent it to is: [email protected] Hope this helps anyone.

This is the same address I have for he/she/it. I bought a great arena map ad BFC for 20 bucks. Luckily I got mine. It was my first trade on realms and I believe it was Lojos too. Eveything went smooth but I believe he was building up his rating beforehe ripped people off t show that he was "trust worthy". obviously he wasnt and thankfully i was lucky. After the first lojo bad trade, Kitsu immediatly requested the address so that she could compare it with others. Kitsu has been on it since the beginning and doing everythinghe could. But people who have ben ripped off NEED to file charges. Its the only way to keep it from happening again. Hes not just stealing "plastic figures". Hes stealing money because we pay 11 bucks a booster to try and get the figures. Hes also taken money. 20 bucks might not seem alot, but remember it adds up quickly in his pocket. Does anyone know if he has an ebay account? I got ripped off by a guy in NY and his typing looked just like lojos. Its all been worked out and the account is now defunct so maybe it was him. He did close down his paypal. Just wondering. Thanks!

What's stupid is that there is a definite trail that leads to whoever this thing is. Physical items were mailed and needed to be picked up. Nothing in the shadows here. He was colossally stupid to think he'd get away with it and I seriously doubt he will. And you are right, fraud charges NEED to be filed and his local precinct NEEDS to be contacted. Even if Jessica is just a front name the address is a physical place where people live. And I've looked it's an apartment building and many of his neighbors have Apt #'s even if Jessica's didn't. I've found the phone numbers of people who live in the building but don't have to nerve to call complete strangers to ask about some Jessica chick. Whitepages.com is a very interesting site...

Ok, just sent in my report to IC3.gov. Also contacted the 70th precinct in Brooklyn and was advised to contact my local Sheriff for this matter, there is nothing NYPD can do on thier end.
