This match is yours. Wonder Woman has no prayer at this point.

I got lucky to stay in this match as long as I did. It seems that the Brave & the Bold card as I worded it is way too strong so I toned it down to get more of the effect I was looking for. I also noticed that if you had HSS and BFC control you would have totally dominated. Plus Gary, pointed out to me that it wasnt difficult to fit Vet Icons Superman on the team and then the team would have beeen practically unstoppable with the ability to use Poor Teamwork, Crosswinds, Power Dampening Field, and IIF.
Here is the new card and my thoughts on it. Since I still wanted to capture the Worlds Finest team and Batman's great Detective work ability.

The Brave & The Bold 165
At the start of the tourney you may add 51 BFCs (except Malice). You can use each 1 only once. You may not play Protected.
Force as Needed: Superman’s Close Combat Damage Dealt is 2 and can not be modified (except when targeting terrain). Superman’s Ranged Damage Value can not exceed 3. Superman can not move after attacking.
Great Detective Work: Give Batman (or the Question if Batman is defeated) a Power Action and 2 tokens to swap out any 1 BFC for any BFC you have not yet used in the event.
Team Members: 30 points each
Batman, Demon, Creeper, (Robin), (Superman), (Spoiler), (Alfred), (Question), (Azrael), (Lucious Fox)

The Brave & the Bold: Superman and Batman together are you kidding?
Nope, Superman and Batman are the Worlds Finest but with some balance they can make a great team that’s not too broken. The Brave & the Bold comic book in its early days was used to introduced new characters in a team-up format. In fact it featured the first ever appearance of the JLA. Aquaman, Hawkman, and every core member of the JLA teamed up at least once in this book. However there was along streak where it basically became a Batman team-up book. He teamed up with GL, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Black Canary, Deadman, Demon, Creeper, the Atom, and many more. In a special secret anniversary issue (#150) he teamed-up with mystery guest Superman. This represents his long run with him as the World’s Finest team-up.
So how do we balance out this team. First of all we have filled the team out with several Gotham city members. Next we made the penalty pretty high thus keeping the core together and cutting down on the flexibility. We will allow for the Rookie Icon Superman as the primary Superman selection (as he is the best representation of Superman), this will also allow for the Man of Steel. Also we will make the team more flexible if you choose the Hypertime version.
Then we will power up the HyperTime version if you choose him so that he feels like Superman. When he goes up against a Big Bruiser he will pummel them hard when he goes up against a light weight he wont beat them into oblivion with one shot. When Superman hits with a close combat attack it will deal 2 damage, regardless of his damage Value and regardless of whether the opposition has Impervious, Toughness, or Invulnerability. The only thing that can slow down Superman down is Doomsday’s SP Unstoppable. Superman can still destroy walls and blocking terrain though. To make sure that this power isn’t circumvented we capped the range damage Value (not damage dealt) at 3.
Also it will be necessary to limit HSS on Superman from becoming abusive, as such he can make a full move and attack, but he can’t continue moving after attacking.
Now to put the teeth back into this team we give Batman one of the strongest Team-Up card powers, the ability to find the Silver Bullet to slow down each opposing team. Batman is the best detective there is so he has access to all the BFCs, but it comes with some work. He has to go to two tokens. He can’t start with any tokens when he takes this action. If you are playing OotS Batman, that means pushing. Also since the Question is a pretty good detective as well, he can use the same power as Batman.
Playing BFCs still comes with another small risk. Once you use a BFCs you can not use that BFC again for the rest of the event (not just that match, but for the rest of the tournament).
