Looking back now, i can almost excuse my own error, for she is not mentioned at all in the intro and the one narrative post by Vance calls her Monica; and her Rookie version is called Captain Marvel... I should have and would have had to look back at previous issues...

In character she's never been called anything but Monica so WM was wrong too.

After this arc she may choose a code name though :-)
