"I know the good you do," Swamp Thing said, "so it saddens me to do this." He repeated his growing arm trick on Hal.

"Yeah, well, I'm not too thrilled with it either," Hal confessed.

"Radio transmitter I tossed atop the jet."

The Punisher then unloads his ammo on her. "What in the world?". Batgirl is hit by a deliberate ricochet that knocks her out.

"Sorry I know you're the Scarlet Witch in hiding," he says.

Wanda's illusion lifts, "If that's true, Punisher, then how am I?".

Out of the corner of his eye he sees the fallen Batgirl. He doesn't waste time on her and immediately turns to the Avenger. Wanda Maximoff lifts her arms and blasts his rifle out of his hand.

"If you think that's all I have, you underestimate me, I'm a living weapon."

"Living? Perhaps," says Nebula, "But unconscious, definitely."

Well, Punisher went down faster than I expected. I'm going to go to Xplosion for both of the replacements. Phoenix and Abomination. Abom can have Rip It Up.

"She's not my friend," the Abomination said and with a mighty leap was atop the plane. Unluckily for him, he landed with such force that the wing buckled under him, making him lose his balance and miss his attack.

"I could absorb your powers," Rogue said. "But I don't think I'd want to touch you. I'd probably get warts."

"I sense the work of the Scarlet Witch's probability powers," Rasputin said, trying and failing to hit Superwoman.

"Then leave her to me," Firelord said, and all of Wanda's powers couldn't protect her from the fury of his attack.

With Rip It Up, you only get an object when you move. Superwoman already attacked once since she moved into position, so she would have used up the LO in that attack. So only 2 to Swamp Thing.

"That's it," Green Arrow said to himself, "keep concentrating on the Abomination." He loosed another arrow at Rogue. Distracted as she was by the new threat, she wasn't able to deflect it. Tough as her skin was, it didn't do a whole lot of damage, but she felt it.

"Ow, quit it," she said.

"We will most certainly not quit it," the Mandarin said. "Instead I think it wiser to press our advantage." A flame blast from his ring washed over her. It left her hair and clothes scorched, but again, didn't do much real damage.

"Well now you're just making me mad," Rogue frowned.

GL takes the token and is koed. I hate to see Hal go so soon but them's the breaks.

As he's distracted Swamp Thing clobbers the Green Lantern. He falls to the ground.

"Fool! You took your eyes away from me. That will be a fatal mishap on your part," says the Lizard as he turns on his enemy.

"It looks brutal out there," Jean Grey says.

"I've no doubt it is but we must do our best," the Accomplished Perfect Physician says as he aids the ailing Scarlet Witch.

"You two can do all this behind the scenes stuff. I want some action," X-23 says moving in.

The Physician looks to Jean. "Ah, the exhuberance of youth," he says.

Wow, have I got a team of lame ducks right now. Firelord's Force Field reduces Yondu's damage to 2, but still doesn't make him any more effective. So while I hate to copycat you, a good plan is a good plan.

Swamp Thing pushes to hit the Lizard, AV6 on DV15. Gets 9. Rerolls for Superwoman. Gets 7. Swamp Thing KOs himself.
