I can't this to run on my Vista PC - It was working fine on my old XP one.

No... it should work just fine on Vista. Double-check your folder structure and flip through this thread for troubleshooting advice. 75% of the "the program won't start" issues I've seen have been improperly organized folders.

Spotted a minor thing - The 'Leadership' description doesn't show up when the mouse is over it.

Fixed this in my latest update.

Hrmm it seems Per Degaton is still wrong - he's supposed to have Super Senses, not Toughness, and only only clicks 1, 3 and 4. I'll fix it soon.

I just downloaded from this link and the only arkham guys in it with stats are the ones from the previews

That's weird... are you sure you extracted it to the right place? Make sure to check that you don't end up with a folder called "sets" inside another folder called "sets"... this is a possibly cause. Extract the zip to your main HC program folder, it should create or overwrite your sets folder automatically.

Is anybody else having trouble?

I found a couple keyword spelling errors to fix for the next update:

Sinister:
MACH-3 should have the 'V Battalion' keyword, not 'V-Battalion' (no hyphen).

Avengers:
Citizen V should have the 'V Battalion' keyword, not 'V-Battalion' (no hyphen).

Secret Invasion:
Human Elektra should have the keyword 'The Hand', not just 'Hand'. It has been officially errataed to have the 'The' at the beginning...

Arkham Asylum:
Lashina's keyword should read 'Apokalips', not 'Apokolips'.
Bizarro #1 should have the 'Injustice League' keyword, not 'Injstice League'.

the Leadership pop-up was still not showing working, so I took a look at a couple of old set updates I still have for comparison. I removed a symbol at the end of "dampwrs.txt" and that got Leadership to work. I checked all of the other damage powers to make sure they still work. Here is a screen shot.
