I really wish I lived in Houston so I could give him a little visit. Not so much for some stupid heroclix that I lost, but for someone having the ball$ to steal from me.

Someone should just take him to small claims court.

Maybe even contact his local district attourney's office, as well as your own.

I had to go that route once because I sent something back that broke during the manufacturer's 180-day warranty period and they wouldn't send anything back and kept giving me the run around about where my stuff was.

Got it resolved pretty quickly when I did that.

So, did anyone ever get anything resolved in all of this?
