(free) Batman continues to Outwit Johnny's Running Shot. I don't think he gets DFDs since Aquaman is a viable target, so I'm removing the one from last turn.
(JLA) Saturn Girl picks up Green Arrow and stays in place, moving him to P16.

1. Harbinger uses "You Are Needed" to transpose places with GA. She takes a click, knocking herself out.
2. GA RS to N13, targeting Black Panther. 11 on 15. 6+1 = 7, hitting for 2. 1 SA to GA. Batman regains Outwit.
(free) Batman outwits Johnny Storm's Running Shot, gaining a DFD for certain, this time.
3. Red Tornado picks up Black Cat and moves to O11, dropping at N12.
(free) Saturn Girl will perplex Crystal's attack down to 7.
Black Cat will PC on a case-by-case basis. By this, I mean, I'd like to see the move to date before making the decision: what actions have been made prior to the attack roll, and what the dice result is. Just post the move, including dice roll, up to that point and I'll let you know if she will PC Crystal's action.

No, I don't know what you're doing. Where's Reed placed? Has Johnny moved?
When people play Heroclix in real life, they make their moves before using PC. In play-by-post, when replies are made in a timely manner, we're permitted to do the same thing.
In each season I've played, people have been fine with doing this for me, and you're the only one who's given me a hard time to date about these instructions. What's your problem?
Moving Johnny is unimportant. Yes I have to move Reed or Johnny but there is nothing you can do about it, so where he is placed is unimportant just as long as he has sight to crystal. But if you really worry about this, you can always check the map when I send the roll. As for my problem; its just rubs me wrong. Especially when there is only one target to PC. If there were multiples, I might understand but only 1 target, its annoying.

Basically, GA is using logic. There's nothing wrong with that, and 90% of the time it's ok in a game (I know I've done it) to assume a persons roll, but in this case, Cur wants it done a certain way, and that's his prerogative. It may be annoying, but those are his instructions. From seeing how Cur plays these past couple years, it's just his way. He plays a methodical game of preparations and scenarios, and these PC instructions are a part of it.
So yes, GA, though it may be annoying, there are PC instructions for a reason. Cur, be nice.

Prior placement matters for various reasons. The simplest reason is that where you choose to commit your forces may alter based on whether you miss or hit with your attack.
It's why I include location where I attack from on Running Shots and TKed figures. It's a courtesy to my opponents so they know I'm not pulling anything funny should the roll miss.
If Crystal crit misses, that may change the way you wish to place your figures. "Oh, maybe I didn't want Reed so close to the center of all this activity, since Crystal is now able to be KOed by Saturn Girl."
If Crystal rolls doubles, that alters the map positioning as well.
I apologize if you find this annoying, but I'm simply trying to keep the game honest.
I don't consider it official, as 1) I don't use HCUtils myself and 2) I fiddle around with multiple placements on the map in the course of my planning, and I wouldn't consider any of those official without its listed in a recap in the game thread, nor would I hold you to one of those being official either. Hence my stated preference for a more official post here.
