Sure, the plan called for me taking 5 clicks of damage while only dealing 4 but a 64 point ko was going to be hard for you to make up in the amount of turns left if the dice had gone my way.

I thought you were gonna try to blast Bron with an EE to splash Jinx for one, then go for the double beatdown KO on Jinx with Zoom and runaway thru the gap to try to hide for the rest of the match. without my OW, if you had gotten zoom to effigy you coulda easily phased away the last couple of turns. Talk about some luck exactly when I needed it though.

I thought about doing something like that but it would have required me to leave Deathstroke alone on the left. If I did the math correctly, a ko on Jinx, Crossbones or Ghost Widdow still required me to keep you from KOing Deathstroke. That, along with needing a 9 to hit Jinx through ESD, made me decide against trying to ko Jinx.

Since I'd have to use perplex to up Slade's range and damage and wouldn't be able to outwit PC, and because dealing 3 damage left Crossbones with a 17 defense in close and because Crossbones wasn't a taxi, I decided against going for him.

Attacking Ghost Widdow caused me to have to push most of my squad but it offered the greatest chance for me to take the lead, kept got Deathstroke and Zoom in range of both of my fliers and got rid of one of your two taxis.


If Zoom had broken through, I'd have moved him behind Effigy where you couldn't reach him. Then I imagine you've have used Jinx to taxi Bron next to Effigy and Two-Face. Then, I'd have tried to break away with Harvey, outwitted Bron's blades, perplexed down his damage to 1, cleared and ran like hell.

Very good game, although I'm disappointed because it meant that no matter who won, a DC team was going to get eliminated. Still, I'm rooting for Arachnos to represent against Ms. Skrullvel!

Not quite as Archanos is not actually DC and thus it will be Marvel versus an INDY team who da thunk

And the Skrulls will be looking to their ally Doom to squash any chances DC OR the Heroes have early . Even if I don't make it to the bowl, I'd like to see some change in this here League

How dare you sir! No self respecting Indy team would ever consider themselves Marvel or DC. The only reason Indy plays in your side of the league is due to an apathy and disinterest of enough players to join your side.

Lex was crit hit, but the BFC says crits don't add damage. Is he injured for my next match?

I haven't said it yet, but great game, JoH. The killing of Lexcorp completely took me by surprise. This game was much closer than it seemed, and your positioning with Deathstroke and Effigy was great. Now you can see why I was so relieved that you didn't bring Zoom against me the first time around. He changes the dynamic of the entire battle, especially with 2 plexers on his side.
