Hey too all the people who wanted a gremlin heroclix, you got it. His name is gizmo and he small too. Except he not furry or scary. But nice SP. base him with somebody like Bizarro from AA with no super strength.
Thank you for Gizmo! I am a wee bit concerned he may be too many points (IIRC, Techno + Thunderbolts = 76 points was just right) but if my math is right I can get a Fearsome 5 team within 10% of 400, which is pretty good all things considered: LE Dr. Light, Shimmer, Mammoth, V Jinx, Gizmo.
I have a feeling that this figure will see a LOT of play and abuse....and rightly so!!
Like someone else said, its one thing to see a piece coming at you and planning for it, but when you have no idea what its gonna do, its gonna be ugly!!!
I'm noticing that he's not getting the 'scientist' keyword, which Brainiac was also missing. Maybe 'scientist' is going the way of 'mutant'?
I blame Richards for this. Can't have too many options for +2 BT.

I have a good sense of what it's gonna do. It's gonna get one-shotted and bag me a good amount of points
There was a Robocop III you know (so don't be racist)
I missed the word "attack." Tanks for catching that!
Then how about giving Energy Explosion to Graviton, Professor X, Kang the Conqueror, Sin: V Elektro, Cr: Green Arrow, or any other figure that has ?
You could just play the V Ultron.
I'm trying to think of 2 attack powers that can't have happened til now. I *think* that a SS and BCF combo would work. Add 2 to whatever you roll. Your damage value is replaced, then 2 added to it. I don't see a problem there. I think they both work during any attack. I'll have to reread the wording, but neat.

Yeah, that's my impression as well. He's got a very limited SP (can only be used 6 times max, and your opponent will probably be grabbing some of those objects too...and when it works it's only for one turn), and not much else to sell him at that point value. He's like a poor man's Dr. Sivana, but Sivana can use his power over and over, and is better defensively.
But hey, at least they FINALLY gave us Gizmo! Of course, it would have been too good if they had given him the costume that actually fit with the rest of the team, so they gave us this. I actually LIKE the sculpt...it's not ugly, it's dynamic, it looks like the character...but the version that actually fit the other costumes would have been a little cooler.
Just in case I sound too negative - this is the first *MUST HAVE* figure from this set for me. I was hoping he'd be a little better, but I'm sure I'll find a way to get that SP to work and make him worth his points.
CarlosMucha: that is like be running in a Olimpic race competition just one step to get the gold and then a Giant children place a mirror in your side and you discover what you are really a hamster over a whell and the gold is just a slice of chess. Avatar Summoning: Original GotG, Melter, Whiplash

You gotta think bigger. Use meteorite. Potential +3 penetrating blades.

Unfortunately, HSS and blades don't work together. the old professor zoom had that combo but couldn't use it, because HSS gives you a close combat attack as a free action, and blades requires a close combat ACTION to trigger.
Someone tell me why that special power is so great? I mean, its cool. But you only get to use it once per game and the characters only get to use it until the beginning of their next turn.
