I really want to know why people say Still Pending as though there is not correct answer right now?
They may change it yes, but there is a correct ruling right now.
I say it because I don't think the rules posse has embraced the answer. For me, a question is answered when I know how the rules posse will rule it at GenCon. While I agree with you that the current rules say the Orange Construct objects will go away, I've seen the rules posse say otherwise and I'm not confident they would rule it that way if GenCon was today.
If an Orange Construct is an object (not a figure), has no speed value and would not halve its speed value when moving out of hindering terrain, then why does it even need to stop when entering hindering terrain?
Also, if takes 3 damage to destroy an Orange Construct, then why would it be destroyed if Larfleeze only takes one damage and transfers the damage to the construct?
I didn't read every page in this thread, so I apologize if someone has already brought up these questions. Also, I'm not trying argue the rules of Larfleeze or try and make him better in any by questioning these rules. They just don't make much sense to me and I wanted to know if someone could expand on them other than it is just the way it is.

That's the discussion. Will an Orange Construct object move as an object or as a character? If it moves as an object, it shouldn't be affected by hindering terrain. If it moves as a character, it should stop when it enters hindering terrain. Harpua believes that they will move as characters so they will stop when they enter hindering terrain. normalview believes that they move as objects (at least as of right now), but hasn't explained why that would make them stop in hindering terrain.

Because his power says so.
From the Player's Guide:

Orange Lackeys: Whenever Larfleeze would be dealt damage, you may deal up to 3 of the damage to a single adjacent Orange Construct object and then remove it from the map.

1) Because that is what the GD want. The wording is wonky and they are going to fix it eventually.
2) Because that is how the power reads:
(Defense) Orange Lackeys: Whenever Larfleeze would be dealt damage, you may deal up to 3 of the damage to a single adjacent Orange Construct object and then remove it from the map.

I undersatnd that, but do you understand why I'm questioning those rules?

The first one, yes. The second one is very simple. If you are dealing damage to Larfleeze, you are not dealing damage to the object. Therefore, normal rules for destroying an object do not apply. Instead, the object id removed from the map due to an alternate reason, which is Larfleeze transferred damage dealt onto it and it goes away.

Yes, but it takes 3 damage to destroy the "object" by a figure, but if the damage is transfered to the same "object/construct" by Larfleeze, then why would anything less than 3 damage destroy it? I understand that it is the way the power is worded and I'm not arguing that it should be changed, but why would it take 3 damage in one case to destroy it and less in another? You are still using the same "object" in both cases.

because the rules say so, its that simple.
Do you question why perplex say modify by +/- 1 yet there are figures that can do it by +/-2?
Special powers override the basic rules.
Also you are not destroying it, you are removing it from the game, big difference.

It gets destroyed on 1 the same reason that Arcade destroys it with a power action. Stop thinking about it in terms of Larfleeze/the attacker dealing damage to the object to destroy it, because when you target Larfleeze, you are not targeting the object to destroy it and the standard rules for destroying an object do not matter, but instead the written text takes over.
So, IF the constructs go away when the power is outwitted, what if there are 2 Larfleezes on the map? Do EVERYONE`s constructs go away? Since there`s no real way to tell whose constructs are whose?
What happens where there are dueling Larfleezes and one of them gets their damage power outwitted? I'm guessing that just the ones that particular Larfleeze made would go away, but he could still control the other ones with his Trait. If so, remember to keep track of which Constructs were generated by which Larfleeze whenever an outwitter is on the board...

But if that's the reasoning, then why would you say they need to stop in hindering terrain? Hindering terrain only speaks of characters needing to stop, not objects. Your argument that the Orange Construct objects move as objects so they don't need to stop when they move adjacent to an opposing character should apply the same way when they move into hindering terrain. Right now it seems you're applying it one way in one situation and another way in a different situation.
Remember that the Outwitting the Summon the Orange Lantern Corps power question is still pending. (Although if Outwitting that power does makes them go away, your thought process seems correct.)
We think only the ones that the Larfleeze that got outwitted generated disappear. But again, nothing official yet.
