Because it's a cause and effect. At the time of outwit, she couldn't attack anyone. Her TKs now gone and then you move her. If you moved her, and then outwitted, then yes, but not the other way around.

outwit doesnt happen in an instant. it lasts for a turn. the timing of it is inconsequential.
the definition for a dfd is pertaining to me making it impossible for an enemy to attack. if you remove my outwit from my turn, the attack is capable of being made. he cant make an attack during my turn anyway, so it doesnt matter when during my turn i ow tk.
