First of all, I am loving this and your timing couldn't be better in the Frog household! I think this will be very helpful. Now, on to my questions and things that may or may not help:
Is there a way to print it bigger? Maybe I'm doing it wrong and have to save it first? When I tried to increase the size, it just went off the page as opposed to going onto another page. To be honest, I didn't spend too much time with it as I'm trying to go to bed though.
Earthbound- I think Loose should be Lose. Support- Should be worded with a minimum of one. Combat Reflexes- Don't you still take damage but can choose to be knocked back? I'm also not sure if you want to mention that for this level as then you would probably have to go back to Super Strength and add in that you don't take KB.
Regardless, it looks great and I plan on using it for my brother. Thanks again for sharing!
Its saved at an odd resolution, which is probably what is causing your printer issues. Also I plan it to be a double sided 8.5 x 14, with rules on one side and pac on the other.
I didn't mention knock back anywhere. Didn't figure it was necessary at this level. I did mention breakaway under Plasticity though, but no where else. Should I include breakaway somewhere? Maybe under the Move Action section?
Whoopsy, I didn't see it. AlienFlanders' video bumped my screen down when the page was loading, and I totally missed it. My apologies (blame him). The first post has been rectified!

The Wife and I just completed the first Gears of War on Saturday. Also had the full set of GOW clix arrive the same day. Started GOW2 on Sunday and purchased GOW3 at the mid-night release. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite franchises. And the clix have got me back in the mood and interested to play. Didn't even realize how close the Superman was.

I agree with you keeping knock back out, as far as powers, and would leave it out of everything except Quake. Also, I'm not sure I would mention breakaway anywhere outside of Plasticity. You have a great idea going with KISS and keeping everything more at its core concept without all the layers of rules.
I also wonder if you should specify that Pulse Wave is a ranged attack now that it's wonky and can be done out of adjacency regardless?

I would also suggest that you specify when things are an action and when they're free. It's probably not necessary to do that with things that are already attacks, but I might put word something like Regeneration like this:
"As an action, roll a d6. Heal this character that much minus two".
I would also definitely include a sentence about breakaway.

I agree. Something as simple as this should suffice:
MOVE ACTION - A Move Action lets you move your characters around the map, to position themselves for battle. If you are next to any number of enemy characters and want to move, you must roll D6. On a result of 4-6, you may Breakaway from those enemies.
I'm thinking of going through the entire thing and italicizing things that are honest to goodness Heroclix Vocabulary.

Adding Breakaway in that fashion makes sense. See, I was thinking you couldn't add in the breakaway rule without adding in adjacency and building additional clutter but this lets you easily define it within existing text. Pretty cool...
Now, back to explaining market conditions affecting lower transaction counts in a few stores, reacting to a poor secret shop score, and preparing for a Fall Image Ride. Blah!
I'd rather be playing Heroclix...
