This is why it's wrong. They determined his base speed in a place with normal gravity.
Why is this a problem? Wouldn't his BASE speed be determined where there are no negative or positive effects of the environment? Hence BASE speed?
Unless Goku was training in higher gravity every time the effects of that higher gravity wears off the increase in speed isn't as substantial as you think it is.

Jesus christ, I give up.

And I watched the video again and couldn't find the alleged "divided by 10" to Goku's speed. I'm not sure what else we're missing here.
Don't present a biased argument, that blog also greatly raises Superman's stats.
As per the video, Goku can lift (using his ki to fly, this isn't even muscle strength):
40 Tons + Goku's Weight = 586 times normal gravity
Fine. Although the end maximum number this comes out to isn't enough to lift half of the Empire State building in SS4 which is clearly wrong.
"The Gravity Forumla" (They spelled Formula wrong in the video)
1G Base Stat x 586 x SSJ Multipliers (4000 Total)
King Kai's Planet has a gravity of 10G
Now at 29:42, while calculating speed, at the top of the screen you see "11,000 / 10 for 1G Earth Base"
They shouldn't divide by 10 for "1G Earth Base" here because Snake Way, which he is flying over, has normal gravity. This is evidenced earlier as he was making his way down the road unlabored. Even if he was still under 10x normal gravity, he'd be operating at 1/10th his normal speed, which would require a multiplication of 10 to get back to a 1G base stat, not a division. This isn't the case or this would be off by a factor of 100. Therefore, their math is off by a factor of 10.
My problem with this video is they claim to be definitive for something that is clearly never going to be definitive, because Superman keeps getting new writers who have to crank up the power until the next universe reboot, while Goku is completely undefined, because the numbers aren't important. I don't care who "wins" because the answer is irrelevant, I care when people try to pass bad math off as fact.
If you want a stupid argument, Broly can pump out force in the tredecillions since he blew up the South galaxy at the start of the first Broly movie. Now pit him against the Hulk.

Oh ok, the Snake Way part of the speed formula they present. I didn't realize that "final analysis" was biased, though I largely skipped over the Superman parts.
I agree that it doesn't matter who won. They're separate universes, and Goku's power levels are more static by comparison since his official adventures were tracked in a manga and ended at a certain point. Plus, he hasn't had 100's of writers interpret him over 70+ years of history like Superman. I think the gravity formula was an attempt to compare the two, but it's clearly not perfect.
As someone who followed Dragonball Z (in high school) and reads Superman, I've never considered the respective universes comparable enough to match one off as better than the other. A fight between them would likely end up in becoming friends/ finding a truce since neither one of them would have a great reason for fighting the other. Even if they were forced to fight each other by a villain, they'd eventually team-up to take down said villain. I would want to see such a crossover just to see the interactions between Jimmy Olsen & Krillin, Lois Lane & Chi-Chi, and Supergirl & Vegeta.
Also Brainiac & Frieza teaming up would be dastardly.

I agree with you that there will never be a defined answer, but I don't really agree with your hate of the video. They even say that the stats aren't perfect and that Goku is near impossible to measure. They just try to do their best.
Also there are a few weird little things about Goku's stamina that make the whole thing even more complicated.
Like for example, when Goku is waiting for the Cell Games, him and Krillin are sitting around and Goku takes a nap. He's still in Super Saiyan form and Krillin is impressed, so to test him he throws a rock at Goku. Which ends up waking him up an smashing his nose. Does that mean that if Goku gets tired and loses concentration that he's super vulnerable?
Also another weakness Goku has is that he "gets hungry" and it causes him to lose sometimes. It mostly happened in original Dragonball, but who knows.
And if the fight lasts reaaaally long he might get heart disease and die.
Jesus BLEEPING Christ not this STUPID fight again Goku's powers are SPIRIT BASED like Iron Fist only Sayains have an extremely high aptidude for channeling spiritual energy. So they can summon vast amounts of power and convert it into physical, mental, and energy blasts. Goku trained at 100x earth's gravity just to achieve the minimum physical requirement his body needed to be a level one Super Sayain. Once that happened Goku transcended to a higher level of being so he used less physical power and more spiritual energy but his body before getting his tail back was still prone burning out like a star that's spent to much fuel. Once Goku got his tail back he became over all more powerful because a sayains tail is the source of their power. So the real question is which Goku are you taliking about "rookie" pre Super Sayain Goku or full on Super Sayain 4 Goku who could blow the ever loving crap out of Earth by farting. Goku's capacity to use spiritual energy exceeds Superman's ability to draw power from the sun in a short fight but if Superman can drag out the fight over the course of a day or longer Superman wins the fight hands down. This is in part how Cell beat Goku Cell sustained maintained a high energy level over long period but still held enough back so he could fight for days even after Goku burned out.
At Last we have an answer to this question and while not definitive it mabye one the funniest damn videos I've seen in LOOONG time

Pssst, that's the video people have been arguing about for the last several pages.
