I think you're not widening your spectrum enough. We may just need to look at show antagonists, which would also include Trixie, Gilda, and the Diamond Dogs at least. There's also the possibility that the Parasprites may have been Mafia-tized for the game, as well.

That's not right at all. Discord is, for all intents and purposes, Q from Next Generation but more sinister, without the Continuum to reign him in, and in a Dricano-whatsamacallit form, and even has the same voice to boot.

If FMF decided to play with the pony universe, he could theoretically have included Night Mare Moon...but that would be breaking the ponyverse a bit as Night Mare Moon is just an evil Luna.

Technically, but as I understand it, the shows creators have specified that there's a force that at least helped Luna turn into Night Mare Moon, so it's entirely possible that for this game we have a new Night Mare Moon that's an entirely different pony turned into the evil Alicorn by the same forces.

Its been a while for me too...I withheld on voting because last time I went with the crowd on the first day to put some pressure I was accused of being mafia (yes, I was the mafia don, but that is beside the point)

Doubtful. I don't think there's enough major male characters, especially on the villain side, for there to be a mafia made up of significant male antagonists. Especially since the major antagonists are mostly female to begin with. You've got Discord, Diamond Dogs, MAYBE Prince Blueblood, but I'm drawing a blank as to who else might count.
