wait, this is supposed to be the rookie thor movie click? he took out countless frost giants!!!! thumbs down.
Those must have been sub-rookie frost giants.
Another man loomed up and the sword fell on him like a falling star, crushed his helmet and the skull beneath it down to his mouth. The body dropped on its back and danced a merry jig in the dirt."Dance!" laughed the Bloody-Nine.
I will assume since Odin's name is in bold font in the article, we will be getting a new version of him as well.
While that would indeed be awesome, and Odin did indeed do enough in the movie that he could merit another clix, I wouldn't use that as your reasoning. They bold pretty much anything, and it's not neccesarily a clue. But I'll cross my fingers!

Starting Charge, SS and IMP is perfect. Se comes in swinging and smashing. When things get to deep we quakes to free hin self up. And when he's hurting he starts RSing and hitting from range.
Potentially 3 attacks on consecutive turns at click 4 (sp with flurry/indom)is one of the best things I have seen in heroclix. Under 200 points as well. 18 Clix of damage!! Yeah I can dig it.
Hands up if you play at a venue with a Judge who is too pedantic to let you get a theme bonus for playing Thor on an Avengers team.
Also, hands up if you limit yourself from playing fun and effective thematic teams just because you don't get the keyword bonus.
That's not even really the point though. The point is that both this figure, and the Cap, are directly from the Avengers movie. Why do they not have the Avengers keyword? It doesn't make any kind of sense at all.
Any (non-dink) judge should allow it to be a theme, but really there shouldn't even be a question about it. And I'm sure there are some players out there that would complain about it being allowed as a theme just because.
Trade to Canada. We're friendly, and we love Beavers..........

I'm not sure how this Thor is directly from the Avengers movie while having powers named "Father, Just One More Chance" and "Rage of a Wayward Son," since I seem to recall that he reconciled with Odin at the end of his own movie, which is set BEFORE the Avengers movie. Can't speak for Cap, though.
Anyway, I like this Thor. While the Big 3 power is once again on less useful clicks, it is at least on his second click with Flurry, so that can be useful if you don't have to bust through Invulnerability. I'm definitely digging the damage SP.
This is Thor from his own movie, pre Avengers. Same as the previewed Cap hence no KW, the common versions of these characters WILL have the KW so relax.
Now on to the figure itself. GOOD GOD! For 160 points he's insane, Imperv, Strength, Indom, PW, RS and those SPs of his.
