After watching all six seasons of The Sopranos earlier this month I have decided that the mafia is not for me. They are always hugging and kissing each other and touching each other's faces.
It appears the mob is too handsy for me.

Well, that's just the Italian mob. With the Irish mob, you got all the Catholicism of the Italian mob, with twice the drunken violence and none of the violations of one's personal space. With the Japanese mob, you get motorcycles and giant American cars, but there's the whole tattooing aspect that would probably turn you off.
