If you follow WK suggestion, yes; which means no gauntlet. If you use the format they are using at GenCon, then you can add the Fast Force sets for each of those booster series to the list of legal figures.
Another words, no Infinite Gauntlet, no Infinite Gauntlet prize support, no Dark Knight, and 10th Anniversary, no Avengers Movie, and no Fast Forces if you use the suggested format.
LOL the suggested format ONLY restricts what figures you can use... It says nothing about what items you can use...SO YES YOU CAN PLAY THE GAUNTLET AND ANY OTHER MODERN ITEM
Dont Ban Figures or rules, Ban Players that cry when they loose and want the rules changed to fit there needs.

No, I think you're wrong. The Gauntlet is from the Infinity Gauntlet set, which is not part of the suggested build. It's the same reason you can't use things like the Kryptonite special objects.

Quick questions. Are the two squares on booth sides of the bottom portion of the steps (two on left and two on right) are they clear or are they blocking. I tried to zoom in to see but can't tell if its blocking or not.
As a judge, I have to second this. If you follow WK suggestion to the letter, the the IG is allowable since it is not a character. But, WK is using the suggested format (at 300pts) at GenCon in Run the Guatlet #5, and guess what you cannot use? Yep, no IG.

Guys, where does it say if figures from a set are included/excluded that the corresponding resources/objects/etc aren't also included/excluded.
It seems odd that a player couldn't use IG figs but could use IG resources.
Can we get an Orange opinion on this?

From WK site regarding month 8 format....
The suggested format for the Month Eight Event is a 500 point Modern Age constructed Tournament. All figures must be from Incredible Hulk, Galactic Guardians and/or Chaos War.
The bold word is why folks are reading this as not forbidding the IG since it is not a figure, but it does forbid Warlock, In-betweener, etc, etc since they are not form any of the three listed sets.
While the oranges are welcome to give their interpretation, you still need to ask you local judge how they will be running the event.

The official answer is that there is no official answer. I don't like that any more than you do, especially with how ambiguous the wording is here, but it's what we've been told by Wizkids. The "intent" is for your venue to run it however they want to.

For venues that like to do things by the book, I hope the stipulations are better spelled out for the No Man's Land event.
