Do you realize the orange you are talking about has the credit in the back of the rule book of Game Development, and is as far as I can tell an employee of Wizkids/Neca. So, the question you're really asking is, "Does someone who is part of game development have the power to get rules changed?"

I would say, "Ummmm, of course they do, but I doubt they do so without input from the other people involved with making the rules. If you don't like how they have changed the rules, send your resume to WizKids. Maybe they'll hire you and then you can try to get the rules changed back."

Now as for the other oranges, I'm pretty sure they're all involved in several conspiracies, but from what I understand WizKids doesn't let them put anything in the official written documents that hasn't been approved by the Illuminati.
