M0t0r0la implimented a new online "Chat Support Line" and it went live today.

And the Service Portal has several new headlines to "Click here to Chat with a Engineer/Software Specialist/Parts Specialist/Etc..." So I clickd on the Parts Specialist and just chatted. I asked about his life and kids and how he liked the new system. He finally asked what I needed assistance with and I told him nothing, I just wanted to chat.

The dud Narc-ed on me. My boss got a call from his supervisor about abusing the system. I was not abusing, I was just chatting. There was no fine print, it just said to click here to chat.

My boss was not amused... But I expect there to be some verbage changed on the website.

I got a weird error when I tried to join your game. It said that our settings weren't compatible. Do you have restrictions on who can join you?
