No, you're not. Everything before post 51 in this thread was from a year ago or more.

The stuff you quoted in post 58 was all from before the thread died and then was resurrected, and was from two rulebooks ago. Pulse Wave has changed significantly since then, especially from the 2012 to 2013 rulebooks.

Sorry guys, honest mistake. Like ya said, necro is bad. Pulse Wave is one of the things at my venue that is always causing problems, so any time I see a thread on it, I look for answers to help future problems. I derp'd on the year, its that simple. Sorry for the fuss, thank you for understanding.

What qualifies as necroing? Posting in a last thread where the last post is 367 days ago or more? Posting in a thread started prior to the publication date of the newest rulebook? Newest PG section? Just a thread with the most recent post being prior to the newest rulebook? Newest PG section? Or is it only necroing if the answer given by the then deputy/arbitrator directly contradicts the current answer given by a deputy/arbitrator?
