Not quite sure what happened there. Wanda was going to attack Pietro? But then she didn't? She Breaks away and Perplexes Ultra-Boy's damage so he can attack her? I'm confused.

Well yes, but that's part of my challenge. It's not "oh, go ahead and bring in your last figure(s)" it's "I'm not going to win, but can I at least do well enough to make him use up all his points."

Once I had Wanda mced it was a question of what to do. I was thinking of two ideas....but opted for moving her.

First Rogue uses Doc Strange's PC. As she has no tokens, he takes a click for that.

Now she attacks him, AV10 on DV16. Gets 7 and he's KOd. There you go. That should give you that last figure you wanted.
