This is my first time playing this league, and I just realized.. I don't really understand the feats, or the team feat. Can someone explain them? I started playing after feats.

Matter-EaterLad Snack List: Time Gem, Remaker
Etrigan Prime Transformation List: Blackhawk Pilot, Per Degaton
Or League of Assassins, or Brotherhood of Evil, or Villainy Inc, or Darkseid's Elite or Secret Six, or CSA, or Flash Rogues, or the Monster Society of Evil or Villains for Hire, or the Superman Revenge Squad... to name a few more options for DC-villainy

Oh, and just before I head out for the week, I wanted to make the usual statement you should all be quite used to by now
All heroic DC and Marvel teams, if you have *any* interest in acquiring a figure or two from the Indy universe, or just want to make a few points in a trade, don't hesitate to PM me. The Freedom Phalanx needs *your* help to save the universe!

Okay.. I've been staring at that post for the past few days.
How do feats work? Like I said, I've never played with them. Just saying, choose a feat, doesn't really explain anything to me.
The Team feats I get that you attach two people to them, but do you pay for the points on both?
All I can figure out on feats is that you have to have the prerequisite power on your dial at that moment to get them. And that the card costs extra points. But I can't figure out the team feats if they cost points added to your build or not.
So random thought time as I watch Batman (66) on TV this morning. Warner bros has announced the DVD release of the batman tv series this fall (finally!). So does that mean WK will release a follow up to the batman TV set with batgirl, Chief O'Hara and the others we missed out on ?

You've got it. Whether it's a team feat or one you get through an upgrade, you pay the points for the feat. There's a section on feats in the rulebook if you want to pull that out.

I heard Brian Rolle, who works for WK, say on a "Push to Regen" interview that the Batman TV set gave us every character that could legally be made. The line-up was based on every actor or said actor's estate that gave permission for his/her likeness to be used in a game. If a character wasn't there, that means permission hasn't been granted.

I know that Yvonne Craig (batgirl ) recently granted rights after the first set released plus in order to get the DVD done they had to get the others we can hope

Feats were kind of like SP before SP existed. The newest rule with Feats (in Golden Age play) is that anyone can be assigned a feat (which costs the associated # of points), but can't make use of it unless they have the prereqs at the time they are trying to use it.
For league purposes, we have two ways to get feats. The first is a team feat, which you automatically have access to without using upgrades. Anyone on your team can be assigned your team feat (I think it is a max of 3 figs per game though), and they DO pay the associated point cost to have it.
You can also use xp to upgrade an individual fig with a feat. The minimum upgrade cost is 50 xp, and as far as I know every feat is less than 50 points, so you basically need to spend 50 xp to upgrade a fig with a feat. In this case, ONLY that fig can use the feat in a match (and has to pay the points). One exception that I can think of is "rip it up", which is just 20 points and assigned to your whole force.
For the team feat, I think at least 3 team members have to be able to use it.
Spotter, for example, requires RCE. You would need 3 characters with RCE, somewhere on the dial, to designate Spotter as your team feat.
