Edit: I sent the e-mail, so you should be good to post Issue 4 if it's done.
Fantasy League Elite Team: Kingdom Come: Justice League! Heroclix Fantasy League Team: Marvel Now: S.H.I.E.L.D. HCFL Season 11 Champion! Commish for FLE, starting the next season in May! Ask me!
Currently trying to get Cyon his X-Force notes. Mike's story is good but he wanted me to add a bit on the end. I need to put the finishing touches on Weapon X and actually find the time to read Defenders.
Any way I could get copied on that message gwach or jack?
If Jack can't e-mail it to you today I'll send it to you when I get home.

Well, after a year since I actually finished the game, I finally wrote the epilogue for my Metropolis arc. I really hope somebody likes it, so I can get motivated to keep writing and do the next intro.

I don't remember the final action KO of the Dragon/Serpent -- cool!
I love the little meta-references you make, Gargan:
-- "In a moment he'd gone from omnipotent master of his own private fantasy world to the same old shrimpy, powerless nerd. He pulled his legs in against his chest and stared at a spot on the floor, listening to the older kids decide his fate for him."
-- "We're not taking him to the police. Making mistakes is what kids do... he just needs a second chance."
You actually managed to generate sympathy for the bad guy, Hiro. :-)
I was just looking around, and I realized i have the highest point cost versions of havok and polaris. If I were to want to upgrade them(after getting some xp), could i use sub dials (eg magneto for polaris) , or would i have to recruit someone else? also are polaris and havok engaged, married, single, dating, whatever I choose?

Havok & Polaris can be dating or engaged; up until now they've never made any mention of being married to it would be strange for them to have gotten hitched entirely off camera and then never mention it to anyone. They have been acting like a couple for quite a while though so it's clear that they are past the point of two single people just flirting casually. But specifically how far along their relationship has progressed is left up to you.
If you do want them to get married, I can think of few grander places for it to happen than in a palace in the sky, with a guy like Exodus who looks like a living stained-glass window officiating as the priest. Just a thought.
As for their dials; the dials used as a villain squad do not necessarily reflect the dials that will be available as part of a hero team that is formed later. IIRC the highest point dials previously unlocked for Polaris is her E Mutant Mayhem, and Havok was his V Mutant Mayhem. Even with the new rules update, that would upgrade them to their lowest point carded dials. (Though it's easy enough to explain why they have strongers dials while they are running with the Acolytes, if you can imagine that Exodus and/or Fabian Cortez might be giving them a discreet power boost behind the scenes).
