Genetic Immunity : Cyclops ignores all damage dealt by characters named Havok, unless it's dealt by a close combat attack. This ability can't be ignored.
Orders Come with the Uniform, Logan : Cyclops can use Toughness. When Cyclops is part of a Blue Strike Force themed team, he can use Leadership. On a result of 6, in addition to normal effects, he may remove an action token from himself.
I BELIEVE YOU PEOPLE HAVE SOMETHING THAT BELONGS TO US? (Sidestep) THAT, SIR, IS NO WAY TO TREAT A LADY! (Running Shot)
Ricochet Optic Blast : Cyclops can use Penetrating/Psychic Blast. When Cyclops makes a ranged combat attack he may draw lines of fire from any one square within range and line of fire, but the target must be within range of Cyclops.
IT'S TIME YOU LEARNED SOME MANNERS ... (Penetrating/Psychic Blast) AND HERE'S YOUR FIRST LESSON! (Precision Strike) MISTER, IF YOU'RE PUTTING ON AN EXHIBITION FOR US ... (Defend) DON'T BE EXPECTING ANY DONATIONS LATER (Energy Shield/Deflection) FAIR ENOUGH, I COULD USE A LITTLE PRACTICE (Combat Reflexes) PATIENCE. EVERY MONSTER HAS A WEAK SPOT, KID (Outwit)
Focused Optic Blast : Cyclops can use Ranged Combat Expert as a ranged combat action. When he uses Ranged Combat Expert, he may instead modify his attack or damage value by +2 and modify the other combat value by +1.
X-Men: Blue : If a character using this ability uses Leadership and succeeds, modify the attack value of all characters using this team ability by +1 this turn. Uncopyable. (3 Points)

Cyclops is done very well. Really great set so far.
Thanks, Renokhan! I've always thought Scott wasn't quite fully represented in Heroclix like he could be. His GSX Version is solid and the AvX Version is quite powerful with his Improved Targeting, but I wanted to show that Summers is so much more than just Ranged Combat Expert
So my old man and his family is from New Orleans, so growing up, it only seemed natural that this next character be one of, if not my favorite X-Man of all time. I hope the Community is as excited to field this Cajun as I am, I had a lot of fun putting together this Design ...
Molecular Acceleration : When Gambit has no action tokens, he deals penetrating damage.
I Be a Thief, Mon Ami ... Can't Be Keepin' Any Promises : When Gambit has less than 2 action tokens, he can use Stealth. Once per game, you may give Gambit a power action when he is adjacent to a character assigned a relic. Gambit can make a relic roll for that relic as if it were in his square and may modify the result by +1. If he succeeds the relic is now assigned to him instead.
HASN'T BEEN YOUR NIGHT, EH, CHÈRE? (Sidestep) OR MAYBE IT HAS ... (Running Shot) CONSIDERING HOW OFTEN I AM HERE TO RESCUE YOU! (Charge) FOR THE RECORD NOW, JUST TO MAKE THIS OFFICIAL ... (Energy Explosion) BANG ... YOU DEAD! (Precision Strike) I SHOULD PUSH MY BŌ STAFF THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULL! (Quake) STEP RIGHT UP, THEN ... (Toughness) TAKE YOUR BEST SHOT, IF YOU DARE! (Super Senses) FOLLOW THE SPINNING STAFF, P'TITE (Combat Reflexes)
L'Amour De Ma Vie : Gambit can use Perplex, but can only target friendly characters within range and line of fire with the X-Men keyword. If he targets a character named Rogue, he can modify any combat value except damage by +2 or -2.
X-Men: Blue : If a character using this ability uses Leadership and succeeds, modify the attack value of all characters using this team ability by +1 this turn. Uncopyable. (3 Points)
Dude I wanna go through these but all these links in the posts make it hard to read. Just use the smiley icons for just type what the power is. Makes it really hard to read.
I'll try going though these, but it's harder and not as fun to look at
Unfortunately you're not the only one, Thorngren whom has had issue with my linked graphics before (BigSoph had same issue in my ROBOCOP vs. TERMINATOR Thread.) I'm not privy what limitations, if any your web browsing might have (work, firewall, WiFi, etc.) and as of now I haven't found a better way to transpose the Combat Symbols I uploaded to my Photobucket. I understand the frustration but I'm afraid at this point going back and reworking the symbols or presentation is just something I'd prefer to avoid. I personally scanned each individual card (Front and Back) and the only way to upload those was to my Photobucket. That, and I really just don't care for utilizing just text or IMG code symbols for my Designs Again, you're not the only one and I apologize you can't enjoy the Designs, I'll reach to some of the Mods or even Typhon if need be for possible assistance

its cool. its just hard to read is all. I can see the dials fine, but the special powers are a pain to read is all
I just realized I never told ya what I thought. I went back and looked at em again n here are some thoughts. I'll add more later when I get a chance to review em some more.
Beast seems a little too good for his points with a CCE that can be used with Flurry. Maybe drop his indom.
That Wolverine is downright crazy perfect. The only thing I'd change is the trait so you get Colossal Stamina before Flurry. Love the Speed Force type use of tokens for him
Havok is good, but I don't really know the character so I can't really add much to him other than I like his trait and he seems like a great ranged attacker
I love your Iceman, but I'd say rather than two team abilities, just make him a wildcard. He's been on enough teams to justify it I'd think. You really captured the character well.

I completely understand. As I mentioned, I'm going to reach out to the HCRealms Team to see if there are any alternatives but my experience thus far is the answer is probably "no." I spend hours (in some cases days) putting together each Dial, then to only have them proof read and "edited" by a group of colleagues. All the time put in is all for naught if Community Members cannot enjoy the designs. Are you viewing these from work, by chance?

No worries, dude Let me know what you think of the pieces/designs as you review them

Chances are I'll raise his Point Cost over dropping Indomitable off of him. Should it become quite the challenge to get the Blue Strike Force to interchangeably fit into Themed Teams, I will make the proper cost adjustments (and corresponding Dial adjustments) if necessary!

That's a good idea, however I think Flurry might give a higher propensity to obtaining Berserker Tokens as opposed to Colossal Stamina ... maybe. Play Testing will hopefully happen soon, I'm reaching out to my contact for PDF conversions soon, as my friends and I are admittedly salivating over the opportunity to field some of these designs

X-Factor was a solid read, the integration of mandated therapy for each team member was an interesting incorporation, especially considering the era. And here people thought David Chase invented the concept with The Sopranos!

This is another idea I will consider, my only concern is there are some Team Abilities that 1992 Bobby shouldn't have access to, in my opinion. Mystics comes to mind and even some extreme examples like Thunderbolts ATA.
As I mentioned, I have a group of colleagues that are basically the official "Editors" for this Thread and I'm going to run all these ideas by them. Probably over some libations
I've been away all weekend, went to Dallas to go see my Atlanta Falcons slap around a wounded Dallas Cowboys team. However, this next Design has been stewing in my brain for quite some time. Ironically, Gambit and this character were without question my favorite characters growing up. I've always had affinity for this character, even with the excessive Rob Liefeld Pouches and Guns ...
If Life Were a Picnic, You'd Be a Family. Since Life Is War, You're Soldiers : When Cable is part of an X-Force themed team, he can use Leadership. If he is part of a Soldier themed team, he can use Stealth. If Cable is the only character on your force that has not been KO'd, modify his combat values by +1.
YOU'RE A WALKING AUTOPSY, END OF STORY (Running Shot)
Here's a Little Something to Remember Me By ... : Cable can use Phasing/Teleport and Sidestep. When Cable is given a power action to use a grenade, after actions resolve he can use Phasing/Teleport as a free action.
THEIR BARK IS NOTHING COMPARED TO MY BITE (Charge)
Omega Level Technopath : Cable can use Penetrating/Psychic Blast, Telekinesis and cannot be targeted with Mind Control. When he has no action tokens, he can use Telekinesis as a free action.
IF A BOY WOULD BE KING ... (Invincible) THEN A BOY NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO BE A MAN FIRST! (Toughness) WHEN HAVE YOU EVER KNOWN ME TO BACK DOWN FROM A FIGHT I KNOW I CAN WIN?! (Combat Reflexes) PRECOGNITION (Probability Control) NOT BAD FOR A MINOR LEAGUER. BUT NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO PLAY WITH THE BIG BOYS (Ranged Combat Expert)
ONCE THE HEAD IS GONE, THE ORGANIZATION ... THE BODY ... TENDS TO CRUMBLE (Outwit)
X-Force : Characters using this team ability ignore the effects of hindering terrain on their movement. (3 Points)
Throw a Grenade : Give the character a power action, decrease the number of grenades in your grenade pool by 1 (if greater than 0), and choose a type of grenade listed on this card. Choose a target square within 5 squares and line of fire (ignoring characters for line of fire purposes). Make a ranged combat attack targeting all characters occupying or adjacent to the target square. Deal damage to each character hit based only on the type of grenade chosen.
Frag (2 damage): A hit character in the target square is dealt 1 additional damage. Each other hit character is knocked back from the target square
Smoke (1 damage): Place a hindering terrain marker in the target square and up to two adjacent squares. Remove them at the beginning of your next turn. Characters occupying squares with these markers can’t make ranged attacks.

Very nice cable. The use of the Grenade mechanic is great and the incorporated sp is truly inspired. Though, given the flavor text, perhaps he should toss the Grenade then use p/t

Nice Cable dial. I love the Grenade P/T power (nice addition Baron). Even though I have no love for the character, I really dig this dial.
BLASPHEMY! LoL

To be honest, I never really gave him a chance. He emerged during a sea change in Marvel comics that happened right as I hit the age that boys normally grow out of comics.
I was not a fan of Liefeld and most definitely not a fan of what I call the "Punisher Effect". Call me 'old school' but it seemed antithetical to what being a super-hero was all about when, in the early 90's, every new super-hero had to carry a gun. Characters like Wolverine and Punisher were becoming Marvel's most popular properties and a shift occurred where comics became about more about super-anti-heroes.
Don't get me wrong, I was one of those that loved Wolverine and Punisher, but I liked them because of their contrast to mainstream heroes. They lost a lot of what made them special when a whole new generation of morally ambiguous super-heroes flooded the news stand.
Of course, one great thing that came from all this was Kingdom Come.
