rep given for this exchange. The more open conversation we can have, the better our understanding will be. We can also agree to disagree - and my disagreement with you shouldn't always be interpreted as trolling.
Whatever troll! Take your trolling back under your bridge you trollish troll!

I agree that it'd be nice to have an answer, but I don't agree that we deserve it or that it should come out within a certain timeframe. It will come when it comes. Getting all bent out of shape about it makes a person look like the losers that get all angry when the realms doesn't update the units section the second after a new figure is previewed or the day a new set releases.
Both are free services that I'm glad we have, but I don't take for granted. I'm patient and can still play the game without needing either one.
I will also disagree with this. With the WKO's starting, and using this set, the answer to this could be very relevant. If they weren't tournaments organized by the company themselves it would be a different story.
As the organizer of the events and the developer of the game they should come out with an official ruling on anything pertaining to this set so everyone is on even ground.
Opinion poll: In a true movie battle, which would win?
Predator
or
Nimrod?
Even I would have to say Nimrod. He's a giant robot and the Predator is still flesh and blood. Nimrod could probably scan through his cloak. I guess if the Predator's gun can shoot through Nimrod's body he might win, but probably not.

Nimrod, Adapts to fast and rapid reformation. Even worse case scenario of the predators wipe the board protocol would see nimrod just jump to the future to prevent distruction
I just wanted to add that I find PredatorSmurf to be a very valued contributor and I definitely would *not* refer to him as a troll in any way shape or form. I like that he is excited about the rules and maybe a little aggro sometimes(?) but you need that when you are showing people how wrong they are about their thinking :-)

Your post is dumb and your way of thinking things is wrong.

[*]Super Strength and Objects= NO, An object is not a character
I have tried to find a way, based on rules wording, around this one
From Rules
using a light object in a close combat attack, modify the character’s damage value by +1 for the attack
If it said...
using a light object in a close combat attack, this character modifies its damage value by +1 for the attack
It would be good
This means that WK is oblivious to their own wording because two of the characters, Superman and Shazam, have Super Strength, making the only utility throwing objects or ones that have secondary effects
I think that it is worth noting the rulings on the old Desk and Tombstone special objects with regard to Pulse Wave.
At the time when they were modern, those were ruled to be that the objects were providing the modifiers. Pulse Wave would not ignore those modifiers because they were not modifiers from the character.
I'm not saying it should be used as a direct precedent, but it is, as I said, worth noting.

Which strikes me as phenomenally stupid
This is why I think we are "entitled" to an answer as fast as possible for these figures versus some of the others. There are too many questions and it makes it seem like they messed up on the Chases completely and are scrambling to change the rules of Super Strength or something to make it right
They even answered more questions today... it feels like they are avoiding this one because there has to be a mountain of questions between objects, resources, relics and entities.
