FWIW the Inside Out bit is only a little of the reason I want to pressure him.
(I'm trying a new style this game. I call it "Poor Man's Pax")
At least Pax is honest when he doesn't have a reason, which you do not.
I submitted no roles. I am Garnet from Stephen Unvierse (know the show, not the character) and Lana Kane. I didn't submit a target, it was randomized for me, and hit a still living player.
That enough?

I do have a reason, thank you very much. I've had a reason for every vote I've made this game. That doesn't mean I am pushing for a lynch on you (or I_R or Grinner). Games have two phases for a reason, and it's not just to let the investigators pass on their results.
/soapbox
(And I did say I was the poor man's version, after all)

You're just running down the line, aren't you?
I'm Courage the Cowardly Dog and Bagheera from the 1967 Jungle Book.

Share your reason or have all future results tainted in my eyes.
I debated emojis, decided it was better without.

How is it droll? You want to play like Pax you'll have to be treated like Pax...as in you get voted for pressure for all the pressure you throw.
Pax doesn't throw shade like a low rent Prince because he wants to be productive for the town, he does it to mask when he's scum, as it's incredibly easy to act the same way from game to game when you spend your time throwing down votes for very little reason.
Radically deciding to change tactics and then resist the push back when you get called on it is pretty suspicious. Especially when it's been proven time and time again that the loud moth day runner early in the game is most often scum.
Good lord, people seem to think vote=character claim these days. Such predictable. Much boring. And not all that helpful, to boot.
You threw shade at me without coming out and saying it and you proposed a mafia theme that seems to contradict the write-up.
I make no claims at successful emulation.
How droll.
How did I throw shade? By answering your question of "why linkor" (which was reasonable) with "linkor drew attention to himself" (in my eyes also reasonable)? Is that what you mean?
Votes do mean claim, thats literally their entire point. Especially when accompanied with commentary like "Looking for characters and shows/movie or for role".
Pax doesn't read writeups. I didn't read fully through this one, instead analyzing other information (autopsy). So clearly I'm emulating him better than you at this point.

I'd honestly like to hear from Space Jawa as he dismissed a theory for less than adequate reasons. Keep in mind the proposed theory only covers half of the character in question.

This is the best post of the day. Thank you.
Although I quibble that it's a radical change in tactics, merely an extension of how my play style has been trending. I haven't played enough games recently for it to be that radical.

No, the comment about pressuring Grinner.

Without getting too theoretical, I very much disagree with that voting philosophy. Unfortunately, it's taken hold in our meta.
Fair point on the second bit, though I'll point out that I didn't say that. In fact, it's part of what prompted me to vote kj.

Sigh. Once again I demonstrate to myself why I shouldn't use throwaway lines in mafia games. My own fault, of course.

This early in the game, I don't find it worthwhile to full-out claim, which is why I presented the option to give characters/films or role. Something is better than nothing, but everything seems like a bit much at the moment.
Note: It would seem that I need to play a game or 5 with this Pax individual.
