Lack of previews until this week. Continued lack of unboxing videos.
Now hold on, despite the lack of promotion until this week, we got a whole slew to make up for it. Fifteen previews! Yeah, not as much as an unboxing, but way more than the 2-3 figures a week of previews would typically bring.

My comment specifically refers to "before this week". Not sure how that got missed.

Why is it so hard to put together a halfway decent Gotham City Sirens team at 300? I've been wondering about that for years, and now they're name is practically in the title of the set. There's 3 characters, and it shouldn't be so hard to make them each at 90-100 apiece or make a 75 point Harley, a 75 point Catwoman, and a 150 point Poison Ivy. It wouldn't have to be 300 even, just close enough to close the gap reasonably easily. I don't even care if it was 400 or 500, but that seems less likely with those characters. Add a Riddler or someone else with the keyword if you must, but I just think it's weird we have that keyword, and we've never gotten a real viable team to use with it. Harley now has her own set, and her history invariably comes down to her relationship with the Joker, or how she has moved past that. Her Thelma and Louise relationship with Ivy was the first step in the latter half of that, and this was the natural and iconic extension 2nd step of that. I get that the roster was small, but that should make it an easy pickup, and with so many Harley's it feels strange that so far we only got a single figure in the entire set that has the keyword (and that it makes up a two-thirds of the roster while only eating up less than half of the points in the lowest point format people typically play).
On a similar note, how difficult would it have been to have a Fast Forces based on Harley and some of her more prominent female team ups (Catwoman, Ivy, Power Girl, Wonder Girl, etc.). Instead we got another one with the same usual suspects from Joker's Wild and the Batman set with a generic thrown in.
Generally I'm a Marvel man but Gail Simone's original Secret Six was excellent. The trait about having 2, 5 or 6 of them on the board is cool, but I don't like them at 50pts. I wish they had 100/50pt start-lines so they could bring more pain.
I think my only disappointment so far is the lack of two Gotham villains in Professor Pyg and The Carpenter. But the dials we've seen and the subthemes (namely the Female Furies) has more than made up for the exclusions for me.
My only issue with this set is that neither version of Poison Ivy has the Gotham City keyword. It's a minor nitpick, as the GCU theme is competitive enough with the proper characters.
