Duchess Sidesteps to D9, shoots at Prometheus AV12 on DV18. Hindering and the PDTA on Batman cancel out. Gets 3. Nightshade makes it 9. Out of range for Prometheus to use his PC, so 2 to him after Toughness.

I don't push Scarecrow, he's in Range for Supergirl's Charge. I push him, even if a hit is a longshot, he takes 1, but then Supergirl will have to range him and deal with his ESD. I guess I'll push. First I'll use his Perplex to make Supergirl's AV9, in case I miss, which is likely. Then he will RS to J11, targeting her, AV11 on DV17 +2 for ESD, +1 for the Perplex, +1 for Hindering, but Rule of 3 limits it to a +3, so AV11 on DV20. Gets 9. Entirely unexpected. 3 more to her. 1 to him.
