Cap is in C9, how does Deadshot see Cap on the other side of the elevated? Are you thinking of Vision?

Sorry, I saw a figure in the same spot where Cap has been pretty much all game and just jumped to conclusions. I guess that's Vision now. Deadshot will target him. RCE, AV10 on DV18. Gets 6. A miss.
