Ignatz, the replacements happened near the end of v3 (except Mordecai), shortly after Polar Boy, Quislet, Sensor Girl, etc joined the Legion.

Mordecai was added in v4, to repalce Validus after he was changed back to Garth and Imra's child.

An alternative answer would refer to Evillo's dozen ex-wives (in v4), prompting Tenzil to state that Evillo had finally gotten his devil's dozen after all.

Dunno if this is specific enough, but 'Last Czarnian' said Lobo killed his race when he was in his late teens I think.
