How does this new muti-attack rule affect multi energy explosions now? Can someone explain that for me?

1) Enhancement will increase the damage against each target hit. Hawkeye Enhanced once will deal one damage to each target he hits.

2) The official word is that EE works just as it did before.

So...they're not removing the Shield/Enhancement splash "stacking" of EE?

It is good news. However, I'm trying to figure out from the rules how to support that. Although EE is ruled to still work the same way, the rules as written do not support it. If they didn't want to change how EE works, then the wording doesn't support it when it comes to multiple target attacks.

Basically what we're being told is to ignore the rules and use the handed down ruling. I'm rather annoyed by that. Why didn't they fix the rules as written?
