OOPS - Ultra Boy is missing his Energy Shield/Deflection on the dial representation.
This custom designed set keeps getting better and better. I like checking back to see the progress and design.
So many of the unique abilities and powers you have given to the characters perfectly match them for their comic book themes. Well, done! Bouncing Boy is a stand out compared to the original Clix incarnation. Moloch the Mystic is another. Ultra Comics is a bit overpowered. Triplicate Girl is a bit wordy; but is quite comic accurate.
I would suggest a smaller 'regenerate to click one' zone and the power needs to be balanced with a better trade off. Perhaps, a double power action?
Will the Watchmen characters also have access to their Team Ability, will the some of the villains get the Underworld Team Ability?
WizKids needs to start listening to the players and start making more un-clixed characters; like Jimmy Olsen used to be.

One of The Mightiest Legionnaire(s) if I read this correctly and I Outwit & hit him for 3-7/he's on click 2 and PB him for 6/he's on click 3 and I hit him for 5 (and he failed S.S.)/or he's on click 4 and I hit him for 4 he's K.O.'d? That's not a good investment for 150 pts since I just laid out how he can be K.O.'d by a single attack!

Thanks for the feedback. I agree with Triplicate girl. I just couldn't figure out how to do what I planned without having all those words...oh well.
I am pretty happy with Ultra Comic. Since Zarg designed him, I didn't want to make any substantial changes to it.
Watchmen have the watchmen TA. I did give some of the badguys the Underworld TA.

1. Thanks. I made some changes to the dial and forgot to change the flavor text.
2. Instead of turning the dial, you remove 'life tokens' It plays similarly to the Beyonder from Deadpool set.

Its OK. Zatanna's Bats have made a PB one shot easily obtainable. Beyonder can't be outwitted is what makes him "playable".
But enough critique (for today ) Excellent job on this thread
I actually like that Ultra Boy design quite a bit. It borrows the SLOSH Bizarro's Orrazib Token concept and applies it to a mechanic that very cleverly depicts the character's "one power at a time" limitation.
I'm fairly sure that most 150 point characters would have problems with 9 click attacks that Outwit or ignore their damage powers. Besides, Ultra Boy shouldn't be at the same threat level as Uni-Mind or Beyonder, anyway. His points might be the same, but his function isn't so much "one man army" as it is "one man Swiss Army Knife."
