...the cool bit though is plopping down the cannons for extra fire, 'cause i'm now imagining a nested Russian doll inception thing when soundwave pops a cassette that pops its own pogs
the "wait, can you do that?!?" expression on your opponent's face
before I get to the rest of the dial, let's all pause and appreciate the rce flavor
Hear, hear!

The way it's currently worded, you actually can't. Laserbeak gets the Cannon tokens at the beginning of the game, so he won't get any if he joins the game later through Soundwave. That can be changed by changing the wording to "When Laserbeak begins the game, [...]".
Speaking of that trait:

I think this needs to be "Remove an adjacent Cannon bystander from the game and [...]".

I should probably have included this option in my last post, but if that's what you're going for, I recommend using something like "[...] can't use the damage powers displayed on its dial". That seems to be the wording used nowadays to distinguish powers on the dial from other powers the character "can use".
TRANSFORM: Cassette: When Ravage begins the game on click 11, it is considered 10 points for all game effects (including victory points). Protected: Pulse Wave.
Inflitrator: Charge. Shape Change, but only when Ravage occupies hindering or obscuring terrain.
Megaton Photon Bombs:At the beginning of the game, give Ravage two Photon Bomb tokens. // POWER: . Range 7 Remove a Photon Bomb token to use Energy Explosion at no cost.
DISAPPEAR FROM SIGHT IN MOST SUBTLE OF SHADOWS (Stealth)
MURDEROUS MISCHIEF (Flurry)
TODAY'S AUTOBOTS, TOMORROW'S SCRAP METAL (Blades/Claws/Fangs)
CRAFTIEST OF CASSETTES (Combat Reflexes)
ROBOT IN DISGUISE (Toughness)
DEVISE DEADLY NEW STRATEGIES (Outwit)
NOSE MODULE, FULL-SPECTRUM EYES, RADAR EARS (Battle Fury)
You know, in any other context, "the craftiest of cassettes" wouldn't sound very impressive. But knowing what soundwave is packing...
The dial has a real aesthetic pop. The black and red really go well together. And thinking about a natural 6 popping up on claws from a popped cassette after it outwits your robot in disguise, woof. This is a scary dude precisely because he plays into the strengths of cheap design with big impact

Thanks for catching that. I had reminded myself the other day to make that change when I posted it.

Roger that.

Yeah, I was originally going to give him traited stealth and shape change instead of the charge. I was also going to give him PC over OW. The dial of green and cyan didn't feel Ravage enough. So I traited the charge and put the stealth on the dial and OW over PC to give it that black panther look.

It's rare, but when a dial manages to fit the character visually, it always gives me the impression that the designer put a lot of thought into the design. Mirror Master having a shiny mirror in the middle of his dial, Raven succumbing to the darkness, and even the slightly clumsy Gwenpool taking full advantage of special powers being white.
It's pretty cool, and of course it's no different with a custom dial. Nice job!

Thank you. I'm always a sucker for a good meta design. My personal favorite I've done is my Hulk in Purple Pants dial

I like the chip on this guy's shoulder. The sweet spot for me is the 25pter punching up with that awesomely limited flurry
The 50pter (and the power call in) can quake hard or quake long, making for good choices. The shouldn't be overlooked, there's some cool things he can open up for the team even with the overlapping effects

I assume you want Rumble to pick a single direct LoF, and then attack all characters along it, 4 squares out?
I would phrase that like this guy does:
"POWER: , range 4, KNOCKBACK. Make a range attack targeting all characters within range along a single direct line."
That's it. Thank you for clarifying that.

Yeah, I always really liked how they did Rumble in the cartoon. It probably shows in my design.

007 bluestreak - enjoying the reverse dial here. More pacifist upfront but with sturdier defense and pc is always good. Then he gets angry and breaks out the shoulder cannons to go with his ramped up offense. I really dig that he can shoot normally or hit harder at danger close range. Fun design. I always enjoy seeing dials with different flow and starting lines and point costs interact with the sf layout
022 bluestreak - I might be missing something, but he'll need an external source of m&a on clicks 5&6 to make use of that cool sp. This dial is built for speed and that's translated in all the flavor and the layout of SPs. The conditional colossal stamina boon is so spot-on, it's gorgeous. A little thing that really defines how you can really get the most out of him. But my favorite thing on this dial is the plasticity. The way you've flavored it into a dogged pursuit instantly immerses me in a classic car chase mentality and no matter how you try to turn, you can't shake this tail. This works especially in this set of on action like no other. Shiny

Reason: Sneaky sidestep was there all along
TRANSFORM: Turbo Sports Car: When Bluestreak is 50 points, he is KO'd when he cross the red KO line. // FREE: If Bluestreak began your turn on the map and doesn't have a pilot, replace him with another character with this trait on the same click number.
At first I thought this effect was fine, but then I thought of a question: What prevents you from replacing a 50 point robot with a 100 point car? So I started looking through the rules and also found some examples in the Units section. I came to the conclusion that when you add a character to the Sideline during force construction, you have to pick a starting line (and point cost) for them, and that will apply that game. However, since your replacement trait lists no criteria about points, you can add the car at 100 points to your starting Sideline, and the robot at 50 points to your starting force, and the replacement will still work.
I suggest adding a point restriction to the replacement. Something like:
“If Bluestreak began your turn on the map and doesn't have a pilot, replace him with another character with this trait and an equal point value on the same click number.”

The targeting of this effect is unclear. I assume you meant something like:
“RANGE: , Range 6. Make a range attack targeting all characters with within range and line of fire. Hit characters are dealt 3 damage instead of normal damage.”
You could also specify “... all opposing characters...”.

I thought so to, until I noticed the Sidestep in the special.
