In another game called magic the gathering there was a card called Cowardice. It was a very powerful card that helped a deck full of weaker creatures survive and eventually win the game. In yugioh there is a parallel card: Bottomless Shifting Sands.
For those of you who don't know, it is a permanent trap that destroys the highest attack monster on the field at the end of the opponent's turn. Then, during your stand-by phase if you have four or less cards in your hand it self destructs. :devious:
This deck uses bottomless shifting sand and ectoplasmer to clear the opponents' field and wreck havoc with monsters that avoid many commonly used cards.
Whatever the case, I'm trying to promote this deck as a new deck archetype, so feel free to net deck or test it on your own. Any and all input is welcome.

The deck has, again been updated. I removed one copy of Different Dimension Capsule for a single copy of Curse of Royal. Curse of Royal is a very interesting tech card that can be used to stop and destroy Mobius, Dust Tornado, Breaker, MST, Heavy Storm, Nobelman of Extermination, Chiron and opposing Swarm of Locusts. All in all it's a rather conditional card that works well.
Something that I'm not sure if I explained or not: this deck used to run two copies of Royal Keeper. Those two beatsticks where swapped out for two Golem Sentries due to their searchability and higher defense.
Lily is a great finisher. That is the only purpose that she serves in this deck, and she may be sideboarded out in favor of something else. Any suggestions?
Also, it looks like the deck may shift back to being Tomato based given the greater accessability to Swarms and Sangan. What do you guys think?
I'll still return any R/fs. :)
wow...what an interesting deck. i like it. cards like susa in your deck and shifting sands make a great combo. with susa you can attack atough monster on your opponents side of the field and allow your weinie monsters to attack. then since its a spirit monster, it returns to your hand helping you with the hand part of shifting sands and allowing it not to be destroyed by it. also, with ectoplasmer, after your done weinie roasting him, you can tribute the monsters for menial damage while also clearing your opponents field with shifting. what i mean is, if you get rid of your monsters...no matter how strong your opponents are they are going to be destroyed either way. like you said, lily is there to add in that last punch. but also you can combine it with gravity bind and some field clearing cards to add in one potent monster at the beginning of the game or in the middle. not at the end because most likely you wont have much life points left unless your stalling cards really come through for you. well theres my two cents, hope you enjoy :)
This is the second time I'm posting on this thread. I don't really have an r/f this time. I just wanted to say, I've been down the Curse of Royal road before. It only works on Magic and Trap cards that target and destroy a single m/t. Essentially, it can stop MST and Dust Tornado. That's it. I'd suggest you lose it, fast.
I'd suggest you replace it with a card that can "stop and destroy Mobius, Dust Tornado, Breaker, MST, Heavy Storm, Nobelman of Extermination, Chiron and opposing Swarm of Locusts," Solemn Judgment. That's tech. If you could give one of my decks a bump, it would be greatly appreciated. :noid:
Thank you. I had been playing with original copies and it didn't specify. I guess that I screwed up a bit since I didn't go looking for errata on it before suggesting its use.
Solemn Judgement techs anything. I'll consider it.
