Amelia and Boot to the Head are also trading crazy high right now...Amelia is especially huge.
Enemy is the *generic* money card - but how many Generic money cards have there been in the last few sets...? System Failure and NTZ were about it for Avengers. Secret Origins and maybe Crisis fo JLA...and the other big rares like Straight to the Grave are all team-stamped.
Every set has big cards that are team-stamped...for this set, as usual, it will take a little while to sort out which decks will smash the metagame - the set's not even LEGAL yet ferchrissakes! - and when those decks start coming out, certain cards will rise...
Don't look at me on that one - there WEREN'T any monkeys in the set. Get Marvel to put a monkey on the X-Men and next time the reqs will have more monkeys =)
i think MXM is akin to DGL. the set is synergistic in it's self, but try to put the cards into an older deck and you fail(with a couple x-ceptions-Dr. Light and Sinestro). Also, the rares are truly crappy in this set, almost as bad as the MAV rares(how many do YOU play in Avengers or SQS Rush?) Does every team need rare 8 drops? NO. So why do they make them? Because they fill up one of the rare slots for the team, without adding anything to the team play wise. bugger this set.
madking2- I kinda agree with you but UDE addressed this a long time ago, they make 8 drops rares so its harder for them to show up in sealed play where you almost never go to turn 8.

Nah, I'm just having a discussion with you man. Saying Enemy of my Enemy is the only good rare in this set is pretty... narrow minded.
I dont mind opinions and some of your points are valid

This set is far too easy to play sealed...At my pre-release a guy who had been playing a month took first in the second flight...these decks build themselves...people I stomp all the time had strong builds...Same thing at last weeks PCQ...unless my skills have diminished...but I doubt that...

What I don't like about MXM is that they have pretty few non-team stamped plot twists that are good, I didn't get too many usable cards for my older decks... Most of the non-team stamped are trait stamped...
