Regarding our European friends - I don't blame them for being upset. Nothing drives people away from games and comics like the notion that they are being cancelled.

It seems like the Internet is one giant gripe sometimes. How many online forum users does it take to screw in a lightbulb? One to screw it in, 50 to complain about how bright the light is, 50 more to complain about how it was screwed in the wrong way, 50 to make a joke about the lightbulb, and 50 more to complain about how it was better in the dark anyway.

It's not like they give away a ton of stuff anyway. At my last pre-release they only gave out like 1 deckbox and 2 playmats in a field of 40 some people. It's not like we're showered with #### either.

I agree, they do get screwed but we've been hearing about it forever now. I play this game because it's fun and relaxing and gets me away from the everyday complaining of my wife. I don't want to come to the forums to hear complaining. :p

We have been complaining for a while but it hasn't been about just one thing. We are not still complaining about the Xmen prerelease fiasco. Now we are complaining that they are doing it again. Personnally I don't care WHY they can't get us playmats and tshirts. I would just like them to tell us so we don't have to learn everything second hand here.

I know its a bit silly to point out that this is a separate complaint, but it is important to remember how many times UDE Europe has screwed up. Surely we are entitled to complain a little bit each time?

So is there any UDE e-mail like last time to confirm prize shortage or am i going to have to drive my car to the Netherlands to find the UDE head Euro office to find a sign.

Okay so having started this thread and reading all the rants and complaints, does anyone know now what will be the stackers/sliders freebies at the pre-release?

So far only the prizes have been revealed - the playmat and the shirt - and based on my previous pre-release rankings, I'm pretty sure I won't be getting those :p

There's a really nice pic of Wonderwoman and Supes beating the crap outa each other that was drawn by Jim Lee. i hope its somethin like that. Or maybe Catman and Cheshire.

I hope I get good cards and play right to beat my previous pre-release best of 2/2 (which was in the Avengers pre-release). :)

I heard a rumor that the ea stackers were going to be superman & wonderwoman.

This is just a rumor, but I hope its true. The last three sets had pretty iconic characters for the sliders/stackers.

Maybe the new 8 drop dr.fate will be the top prize ea. My guess it will be a character. The last two DC sets were high drop characters. while the last two marvel sets have been plot twists.

So maybe there is some kind of pattern

for those looking for teasers for the EAs in Europe, my previous hint regarding gender was incorrent.

The characters are actually both male.

Both cost 6 or higher.

One has a red & the other has a black border.

The two characters have both flight and range.

The deck box is nicer than the X-Men box imo.

I have no stacker information for you just at the moment.

Blah, the EA cards that you get at the prerelease are 8 drop Dr. Fate (top prize) and Superman Earth2.

don't you think that there MIGHT be a little disatisfiedment if european players who buy booster and attend tournaments got screwed up for OP and SP all the times??
