Geoff Johns has said in several interviews that he's completely rewritten certain parts of the story that he felt weren't working before.

Maybe I'm mistaken then, but I believe the interview I read specifically asked if Conner had been planned to die from the start, or if it had been changed along the way, and the answer was that that part of the story hadn't changed.

Either way, at least Conner has a card from DC Origins. I would have liked to see another.

I'm more bothered by the lack of a Wally West Flash in the entire game.

Also I'm very pissed that they didn't make a Conner Kent card, he ddin't count for much during the crisis but in issue 6 all that changed

And we all know Biz' favorite is ACTUALLY Green Arrow.

Well, second favorite. His favorite is Judd Winnick, but for some odd reason UDE doesn't want to make him as a character.

Well if you don't care about Wally not coming out in this or the last set, so I don't want Quislet coming out. lol.

Except this isn't a case of folks just asking for a "favourite" character who only appeals to a few folks (I mean, I'm really hoping for two great versions of Cosmic Boy in the LOS set but I realize I'm in the minority with that request. :) ). This is, rather, a situation where a major DC flagship character has not only been relatively ignored but after the last set they tried to placate us by saying, "Oh. We didn't put him in this one because he's going to play a big part in the next set." That was just foul play.

C'mon man, Flash is Flash. You really think the general public recognizes the name Wally West, or even cares that Flash has a real name?

We don't. Flash is Flash to 96% of the general public.

Now Squirrel Girl, that's another story...

But it's still a comic-book based game with a fair number of comic readers who do know the difference. I mean, if the only Batman who'd shown up so far had been Jean-Paul, would you use the arguement, "Eh, Batman is Batman."? :)

Or on a more serious example - what if we were this far along and Tim Drake hadn't received a Robin card yet, but we'd gotten one for Stephanie?

Besides, you're neglecting the big point - we were told Wally would be in this set. Heck, he's the featured character on the packs. He's not in the set.

As long as there's a version of Matter-Eater Lad, I'll be happy. :)
