Ok, I've started to read some of Annihilation and, really, it's just great.
The most stand out choice for a Negative Zone legacy content barring an actual "re"-feature? Praxagora.
I'll post more on my ideas for Praxagora as soon as I can get her Marvel Database page to load up so I can post all the info on her as well as link a picture of her.
*taps the side of his monitor*
Come on ... load up already ...
I'm thinking Cosmic 2-Drop, but I ... aww come on, load up already! ... bah, I'm going to get on my laptop. Lol, I'll be back later to finish the post.
Now Negative Zone, as it is, is very playable. In fact, I'm planning on putting together an NZ team up deck as soon as HoG is purchasable.
I was trying to think up some card ideas that could be used to expand Negative Zone some more...

Ok, it appears, since Praxagora is a relatively new character, that there are no actual pictures of her on the web.
I did, however, manage to find this poor recreation of her:
The real Praxagora (did I just say "Real Praxagora"?) doesn't quite look like that, but I wanted to have SOMETHING to visually portray who I'm talking about.
Just as a note, what appear as horns in the recreation are actually more like Twi'Lek Lekku (if you know what those are), she's all light-silver, and her eyes, the top of her head, the spots on her shoulder-guards, and parts of her lekku look like trandesecent glowing blue glass.
If anyone out there has a scanner and an issue she's in, PLEASE post a picture of her. The recreation image really makes her look different and no where near as cool.
Anyways, as for my idea for how could she be represented...
2-Drop : Character
Praxagora - Last Survivor
Negative Zone / Skrulls
3/2 - Range
Cosmic - Surge: Remove a Cosmic counter from Praxagora >>> Target opponent loses 4 endurance. Use this ability only once per turn.
Vengeance: Whenever Praxagora becomes stunned, unless it is your attack step, you may KO her. If you do, KO target character with a cost of 2 or less.
As for why I think she'd be a good Negative Zone legacy card...
Her ability fits her character concept:
"I... generate power. Heat. Like a sun. If need be, I can detonate myself as a final act of retaliation." - Annihiliation #2
Combining Vengeance with Cosmic - Surge leads, in my opinion, to some very fun and interesting game decisions. When she's sitting on the other side of the board from you, you really have some decisions to make; and the less obvious game-play decisions are in a game, the more depth that game has.
She had a very close relationship to Kl'rt the Super Skrull in the defense of the Skrull Empire, so making her dual affiliated with Skrulls is very viable. Not only does that make the card, essentially, twice as playable, but making a Skrull card dual affiliated with a team affiliation that is unlikely to be in play otherwise is a boon for Skrulls.

She's a 2 drop, which Negative Zone needs. At the moment, Negative Zone really needs to team up with another team to get reliable search, and unless they hit their 1-Drop (Alpha Primates) in their opening hand, they need to wait until at least turn 4 to get teamed-up without underdropping or running an "affiliation giver" like Detective Chimp or Midnight Sons ... and really, how good of a team up is NZ/SP or NZ/MK anyways? ... well, NZ/MK might be doable, but you get my point.
Finally, she fits into Negative Zone play strategy surprisingly well. Play around with her in a Negative Zone deck utilizing the Shadow Dimension version of NZ and you'll see what I mean.
Finally finally, Praxagora is awesome.
So, and I know I put this at the end of about 30% of my posts, but ...
I unfortunatley can't find any other character who isn't currently represented that could have the Fearsome Five team affiliation. Unless maybe they were infiltrated at some point, I think a character would either have to have a 2nd version, or the team is doomed to their current card pool of characters forever. That'd be a large shame, because indepently, the characters the Fearsome Five has are GREAT, they just don't really work together. Also, if they don't print a new Fearsome Five character in long enough, then doing a Fearsome5 Legacy card of *any* kind becomes more difficult.
I'm still desperately looking for Fearsome Five ideas. If anyone has any, please post them. There are too many strong Fearsome Five characters to be stuck in a team with no synergy.

Sabbac is the only person to have joined the Fearsome Five that isn't in the game yet.
The 'core' members [Shimmer, Mammoth, Psimon especially, but Jinx and Gizmo as well] could definately warrant a second version. The first 4 and Sabbac could be dual affiliated with Villans United.
The team currently consists of:
A single 1-drop
Two 2-drops [Shimmer and Deuce]
Three 3-drops [Mammoth, Dr. Sivana and Charger]
A single 4-drop [Jinx]
A single 5-drop [Neutron]
A single 6-drop [Dr. Light]
A single 7-drop [Psimon]
Having a 6 that doubles as a nine would indicate that an 8-drop could be in order. Also, a second 4-drop would help, or maybe an alternative 5-drop [considering that Neutron's ability goes against Dr. Light ... [although it definately works well with Dr. Light].
Sabbac could definately work as a higher drop [since his magic nature makes him a bigger 'threat' than the other Fearsome Five members] ... Perhaps at 4/5 drop that can boost as an 8-drop to fill up the 'curve'.
As for support ... there could be equipment based on any of Gizmo's inventions. They don't seem to have a specific base of operations, although it seems they've been incarcerated in Alcatraz metahuman prison quite a bit.
As for plot twists ... Dr. Light and Psimon's struggle for leadership, thje group expelling and trying to kill Dr. Light, the Five killing Psimon for 'betraying' them by allying with the Monitor. Psimon systematically taking vengence on his teammates, seemingly killing Shimmer. Later, Dr. Sivana killed Gizmo when the team broke allegiances with Sivana.
Killing each other has been a huge part of their history, there is definately a plot twist in there to highlight their betrayal. [Ejecting a team member ... like KO'ing it, stunning it, or bouncing it to hand ... for some sort of effect that would further their goals, would be interesting. KO'ing would fit with Dr. Light in terms of getting character cards in the KO'd pile.
Simmilarly, Shimmer and Psimon's returns from the grave could also be fodder for a plot twist. [Exhausting a F5 character to recover another one, or something like that, could definately work, considering it was ussually a team effort which brought the characters back from the brink]
I was thinking more about Mini-teams this afternoon, and I think to better adress what future legacy content they should get, it might be a good idea to know what successful team-ups people have made with them.
Here are the ones I've either made or seen so far.
Negative Zone - Heralds of Galactus
Fearsome Five - X-Men
Skrulls - Inhumans
Secret Six - Checkmate Secret Six - Villians United
Anyone else know of any other workable "mini-team-ups"?
I am not completely sure about how official is that info, but I don't think Marvel would bother us Vs. players if they haven't corrected the site that appears first when you google for Marvel.
Similarly, the power prism that Doc Spectrum uses was a gift from the Skrulls.
I don't remember, but there was also some connection to that universes Kree as well [either Power Princess or Hyperion were the equivalent of some kind of Inhuman type activity? I don't remember that stuff].
I do know that the Skrulls in that universe are different ... but they are still actually Skrulls.
For those of us not attending the Pro Circut, the huge debacle going on right now is a bit tedious, so here's a shelter conversation from what's going on outside.
After the PC is over we can all come out of the thread and see if we can see our shadows, because if we do you know that means another week of single subject 100-thread winter, but until then, let's talk about some things that are more constructive than something being talked about at huge lengths already.

Well well well, look at what we have here.
That's right America, I called it! Woo! Wooooo!
Seriously though, I absolutley LOVE everything I'm hearing about Legion of Superheros. It appears that UDE very well assess'ed what the issues were and are focusing on card designs to take the game exactly where it needs to go.
On top of that, Crisis and Speedforce? Extra triple bonus points UDE. This is exactly what I've been wanting to see since I started this thread - more legacy content for Miniature Teams.
Seeing how you've been so good with this, I'm going to take you off of the board for this whole PCLA debacle. Let's see, Jimmy could you bring over the list?
...
Let's see, Toolboxing ... High Voltage ... Mel Gibson ... ah! Here we go, UDE. Alright UDE, you're in the clear in my book - so long as you KEEP set designs on track.
Now, back to those of you at home.
What do you think of this legacy content for Mini-teams?
What do you think we can expect from it, and in which set?
Do you think writing entire posts in the style of a celebrity is annoying or stupid?
Now that Fiddler is banned, I really hope they make Mad Hatter and Knockout 2-3 drops when/if they get released as secret six characters.
That's true. With the (very) recent banning of Fiddler, Secret Six really needs another low drop low. This is a perfect opportunity for a legacy character.
This is your chance to help define a whole team and come up with a replacement for fiddler people. Any ideas?
