I'm still searching for this one, but during my search I was reading through the MOR cards and something occurred to me, the Army Doom characters from MOR all have flavor text in binary. I translated it and it comes out like this:

Robot Sentry: 0101011101000101 = We
Robot Seeker: 01001101010101010101001101010100 = Must
Robot Enforcer: 01001111010000100100010101011001 = Obey
Robot Destroyer: 01000100010011110100111101001101 = Doom
