It was something like +4 Mutopia +2 Search and Destroy +1 Ape X +1 Birthing Chamber +1 Tatts.

You can find room for those according to taste. It is not a world-beater by any means but it is a hoot when it works.

He would come out late enough that you are ready to win anyway. Either Infestation or Kelly will make sure it doesn't matter if he loses his counter the next turn.

Outside of Dewoz or Franklin Richards, you'd have to find a way to make him Hellfire, Inhuman, or Checkmate to easily move him to the hidden area, and by then, you're just complicating the deck.

I'd say drop him on 5 with a few army's to round it out.

Then again, I always did like Tattooed Man as a 5, over anyone else...
