Nighthawk RS to I18 on Wolverpool, AV11 +1 from Black Beetle on DV17. Gets 4. Solaris makes it 5. SS is 5, but he's got precision strike so not good enough. With ENhancement from Black Beetle, that's enough for a KO...kinda. They don't die, they just bring in sideline figure(s). So I will let you do that before I finish.

Well now, back up then. That changes things. If he was at 3, he would have been on Super Senses not Invincible. Instead of Cave Wally's attack doing 1, it should either do 3 for a KO (if he misses SS) or 0 (if he gets it)
