I just did a quick skim. I don't see anywhere that Reibello actually mentioned a deadline.

Between now and 6.5 hours from now.

Unless Reibello is actually giving us a longer day phase because of the weekend, which I doubt because he gave us a regular night phase when the thread closed on Friday last week.

You keep saying I'm accusing folks - who did I accuse besides JRS4 who was just changing votes willy-nilly even after someone had roleclaimed?

Let's go through your little Day breakdown again:

*Day 1-2: I'll just say it, I was hardly participating (on any thread); I was caught up in a nightmarish situation and, well, something had to go.

*Day 3: What lynch did I direct towards Truffle? Others came on and started the vote on her because of this cannon thing; I'm the one who was trying to get folks to back off after she gave a strong ID hint. It had nothing to do with "knowing Mafia" as it did "knowing people who eat folks in Smash Brothers". When JoH and others - like JRS4 and you - kept on her, that's when I did, admittedly, suggest you guys were up to no good because I think someone claiming Yoshi is pretty darn likely Town.

If that's your idea of gut-suspicion, it's a good thing I can send you in the direction of a GI-specialist.

And while normally I love being consistent - I saw that the 24 hour phase on Friday wasn't a good idea. Take some extra time today. And if any of my games fall on weekends again, consider then long phases from now on.

Back to your regularly scheduled lynchings.

You know, one thing bugs me about get_1's actions:

1) He says he's Town; we should just trust him. He doesn't want to roleclaim. How often do we seriously accept "I'm Town. Trust me." as an a-okay claim with nothing to back it? Yet he throws a fit that he's being pushed.

2) He tries to imply that we should all understand that Pit wasn't a role that should be revealed; why? Pit's not the Vig. He's not the Doctor. Yet get_1 acted like we should have that impression of his role.

3) get_1 now tries to point fingers not at his actual accusers - just one of the people who wouldn't accept "I'm Town. Trust me." as a valid response. He then tries to claim I've been accusing people right and left...when in fact the only person I accused was JRS4 because he was refusing to accept roleclaims and changing votes far too easily. The biggest "evidence" against me? That I understood and accepted Truff's hint.

4) Would the reason a person be nervous about revealing a role that isn't a key power be because he's worried someone else knows who had the role previously...or have we forgotten there are 3 janitored individuals out there this game? Not saying that's definitely the case here but get_1's "get attention off of me by accusing someone else" tactic is just a little too squirrly....or vindictive; one of the two.

But do either of the janitored individuals that didn't come back sound like Pit to you, Rokk?

Wait, never mind. I had a thought that's less useful than I thought it would be.

Here's why I didn't want to roleclaim:

Usually a roleclaim is alright, because if that person is outed and they are indeed valuable, they can be protected somehow by the threat of doctor or reverse tracker. Those last two roles don't have the protection of that threat when they're outed.

Pit is an angel. He flies high above the battlefield. Just like he did in Mags' first game. This is why I am dead.


Rokk, my issue with you is that you've helped to get a LOT of roles out there. However, the town has no reason to trust you yet. I am saying that if someone is going to be an accuser, the town can't simply say "Oh, okay" without proof that he is on the up and up. Hand us a mafia member or a roleclaim and then I will trust you.

You keep saying I'm an accuser; where have I been an accuser? If anything I tried to get people to back off of certain folks. The only person I accused was JRS4; in your case you were just trying to get away with "I'm Town." and all I did was say, "That doesn't work to get people off of you."

Seriously, how about this: "I'm Town. I don't want to claim."

According to you, you can now trust me.
