If it were up to me, I'd give you the thread, just cause it's probably one of those reasons Ra's just didn't want to get into, so never mentioned.

There are many many weird convo's going on in the other threads and here... some far weirder then others. Some in the past, some in the present. But trust me, this was not as weird as most of the convos. You should've been here for the debate as to weither or not a thousand monkeys working on a thousand typewritters could write a comicbook script and get it past EIC Joe Quesada. Most say they could, cause he's a poo flinger just like they are. So the real debate was, would he have it printed cause they're close relatives or because he honestly thought it was good writing.

My guess is that Ra's didn't trust his religious background and previous brainwashing.

I read some early issues of Azrael, but didn't get very far.
