Aaaaaagreed. I would also commit various major crimes to have that kitchen.
What, you mean the one that has enough counter space that it could serve as an airstrip? The place is nicely staged, too. Man, the number of places that we looked at where the agents shot pictures of the bathroom with the toilet seat up or (I'm perfectly serious) with a kid sitting in bed with a bag of Funyuns in one of the bedrooms.

Okay, question for the small group of folks in here who actually play - is $60 shipped for a sealed 24-pack of Nu 52 Justice League boosters a good deal?
Decent price, though there are better. Very playable figs in the set, especially Constantine and Deathstroke. You'll likely get a full Common/Uncommon set, along with 3 Rares and 1 chase. Not bad depending on your needs. So decent price, especially if your area venues are sold out.

I won't ask you to decorate my house. My wife enjoys doing it too much and I get to decorate a room and a half, not giving that up. Seriously though, great stuff. I too an envious of the kitchen especially, mine is just so dang small. Perhaps a spare time business for you, interior design.
Just finished our winter cleaning. Came up with about $150 worth of miscellaneous toys, clothes and furniture for goodwill. Nothing like getting a jump on next year's taxes. I also exercised for the first time in months last night. Seriously sore today. And my wife, who exercised with me but has been going to the gym for 5 months said she wants to double what we did last night because it wasn't enough of a workout. I feel like such a weenie today.
Let me guess Nightwing and Gandalf? A few of us theme team monkeys are up in arms about that...

Speaking as someone who has managed to sell in this market, if this dingbat seems certain that she can actually move your place for anything close to what you're asking, *do not* fire her. If her reviews are from folks who've sold in the past two years, she's some kind of miracle worker.
In my experience any listing change is reflected in the MLS. Even if the listing is terminated, it will reflect as being listed in January 2013 for the price she has listed it as. Not a huge deal since only realtors generally have access to the MLS.

Probably the best approach. Don't fret, yet. More bees with honey... See what you can work out. Also, don't listen to every Tom, Dick, and Harry telling you that an increase is fatal to selling the property. Everyone purports to have a friend whose an expert in everything, but reality may be something different all together.

I think it's pretty good yeah.

Meh, I don't know. I am pretty sure that people who are looking for lots in that range have a general idea how big 870K sq.ft are even if you don't call it 20 acres. Still it can't hurt to state both. But it would have to be in the description. I am guessing it wasn't a major point for her because most lots in that area must sport such large square footage, but that's purely speculation. Still no reason it shouldn't be in the descripition if the seller wants it in there. Kenny, how long has she been your agent?

Almost three weeks. I'm probably a pain in the butt for her right now.

Sometimes people need a pain in the butt to be motivated properly. Glad everything is fixed for you.
Also, a mortgage question from me. Rates are around 3% right now. Is there a chance I could refinance to 3% on my mortgage and roll my current car loan into there. The car loan's payment is sizable and being rid of it would greatly help. And even rolling the $13K from that into a new mortgage would still lower our payment on a 30-year fixed. Just wondering if that's allowed.

If you have equity built up on your house, just get an additional 13K taken out when you refinance.
For everyone complimenting my house, thank you. Also, regarding my kitchen, I will miss it greatly. I have cooked many a meal and baked many a treat in my kitchen. I can only hope Kedryn and I can find something comparable.
