The only time I ever ordered a coffee I was in Paris and I thought it would be rather quaint to sip a cup of coffee in a cafe. That was over 10 years ago.

I will drink tea when winter comes but coffee is something I can live without.

Coffee tastes gross. Which is unfortunate because sometimes I'll get randomly tired midday and I can't drink coffee.

Honestly, that would make my job infinitely more exciting, if not a financial liability for the Army.

I absolutely love coffee. I drink it every day, and sometimes when I'm bored. Pretty certain I'm addicted.

I asked because I'm back to work, and during the summer I was able to take a nap in the afternoon when I out the kids in for their quiet time. I always start the morning with a cup of coffee. Maybe an extra 1/2 cup.
Now it's back to staying up and active all day, but when I drink a cup of coffee in the afternoon it ####s me up. I get thrown off my natural circadian rhythm, and yesterday had a nasty headache. But being dead tired on my feet sucks also. SO I'm trying to find the best balance. I've discovered a pretty good green tea that gets me through the afternoons when I remember to bring some to work. I'd like to be able to just drink another cup of coffee, but my trials and error with that haven't been positive.

I absolutely read that last line as “titties” and thought it was about bad boob jobs or something. I don’t know of her at all, but Ric Flair was one of the guys I did NOT like back when I followed WWF/WCW in the ‘90s and early 2000s.

CM Punk's AEW debut gave me goose bumps.

Summerslam was here and I didn't go. Instead I went to see Free Guy. That movie was way better than it deserved to be. On all levels it's actually a really good movie. Tight script. Good story. Well acted. Fun.

And then when my wife and I left the movie theater we found out our car was broken into and her backpack was stolen. Went to the police station yesterday to file a police report.

I need to watch that AEW Punk.

It is Monday! I won the weekend, carry on.

So many "LPC"able quotes in these last few posts...it's just too easy. I kinda miss those days of wanton pirating of any post into something disgustingly funny.

Tomorrow I see my first live performance in over 18 months! It's....Blippi! Yay. Me and lots of dads will probably be at the Dow Event Center bar while the kids are having a grand old time. If you don't know who Blippi is, just thank your timing on having kids or grandkids or whatnot.

Have no idea who Blippi is and I think my eldest is similar in age to your youngest. Maybe I am just a cooler parent for not allowing that in my house.
The show the eldest one watches incessantly is Puffin Rock on Netflix. Octonauts is probably the best for that age group and it still be interesting to parents.

I drink coffee every day, it's almost a religious experience for me. If I drink a pot of coffee everyday does that make me a pothead?

I swear it's like an ancient curse.

Tomorrow I am going to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming for a fishing trip. The last few days have been totally slow and quiet at work. No new projects. Today a rush new project came in out of nowhere, and what is normally a 2 day process to get set-up must be done today before I leave.

Something like this seems to happen every time I am going to take more than one day off.
